It’s really good. If you have a habit of sleeping on you hand, get this, totally bypasses the morning shoulder soreness. Its zip is decent not great though. And it’s a bit tall for pillow covers. Overall great product.

Pros: Custom size options: I always struggled to find a pillow with the right fit. White Willow offers options based on your height and weight, which makes a huge difference. As a 6-foot side sleeper, the extra-high height supports my neck and shoulders perfectly. Instant relief: It was comfortable from night one. I loved it so much that I bought a second one to keep at my in-laws' house for frequent visits. Cons: Pillowcase pricing: Regular pillowcases do not fit this shape. You have to buy a special cover from their website for around ₹800 since they aren't easily available on Amazon. Value request: For this price point, giving one free pillowcase in the box would be a great addition. Summary: If you struggle to find a pillow that actually matches your body size, this company is a great find. It gives excellent neck support—just budget a little extra for the custom pillowcase.

I have choosen the XXL size, it's good and firm quality was ok. It could be better if we get hard foam also

Good quality, initial schemical smell is no more afte ruse for 5 days. The height should be 6 instead of 4 forvthe cercal issues for adult

Shape size texture and all features are as described. It doesn't cool but maintains room temperature that's really positive and good.

I made my first purchase of a White Willow pillow in 2022, and was so satisfied with the quality that I went on to buy three more for my parents and another for my wife in 2025. I've also recommended the product to many of my friends over the past few years. However, I must express my disappointment with the quality of the most recent purchases. The new pillow feels noticeably less comfortable compared to the one I bought in 2022, which I still use and find far superior. Although I ordered the same size, the new pillow is slightly smaller, and within just two months, the pillow cover has started shedding lint — something I’ve never experienced with the older one, which still looks and feels almost new even after years of use. The company has definitely compromised on the quality of the products and they are not the same as they used to be 3-4 years ago. For potential customers - please don't go by the ratings as even I must have given a 5 star rating for my first purchase. But, now, they deserve less than one star! Edited (May '26): I did a closer comparison and the variations in the delivered product is now so clearly visible, despite ordering exactly the same product. It's clear that the products aren't following any standard sizing.
