This fit PERFECT!!! Love the color. The color Matches my FDE XD-40 Mod.2 I had to adjust the screw(Wrench provided) and SNAP!!! It snaps right in there. Great IWB holster

Great shipping and seller, for the price holster is good. It does not compare to leather though, but does lock into gun and feels safe.

I ordered a right-handed one and initially thought that I was sent a left-handed one. It would be a left handed one if it was carried openly, but if it was carried discreetly, it works as a right-handed one. There are no holes for the bolts to switch sides for the clip attachment. It was rather confusing, but since I figured out how it most likely is intended as what I ordered, I revised my review and gave back some stars. It is good to know before buying one. After my initial 1 star review the source reached out to me offering to resolve any issue. I updated them on misconception of the product. I will give credit where it is due, so I am pleased.

Update: been using this for a few months now, and this holster proves that inexpensive doesn't have to mean "cheap". Every persons body, carry position, and choice of weapon may be different but this works for me. One issue that cropped up was the tension adjustment loosening up - you can fix this with blue loctite, or even just some nail polish. Also, if you are wearing appendix, consider getting a "wedge" like Philster sells (or you can make one yourself pretty easily). In fact, i recommend looking at all of Philster's videos on YouTube.. It's like having the nice HR lady come set up your workspace to be ergonomic for you. I was also able to 3d print a "claw" pretty easily. The claw works even with just the one tension screw, as the design of the holster has a ridge to keeps it in place, and the tension screw is long enough that i was still able to get a secure hold. There are better, fancier holsters out there, but this one me. It feel very secure and does the job well. ------- First of all, get a GOOD BELT. If u have one, this does a nice job. Adjusted tension to make draw easy without sacrificing hold, was easy. Has a bit of play with the cant angle. Managed to get a good, fairly comfortable position, that doesn't print the grip, even without a "claw" or "wing" attachment. Not sure if this has such a thing made for it, but I'll probably 3d print one, as it has a few likely attachment points for it, but even without it my xd subcompact isn't printing. Your mileage may vary with a different body type or weapon. This is my first ccw holster so I don't have much to compare it to, but I like it and for the price I'm not sure you can go wrong. BUT bear in mind, the clip is for a 15." belt only. Not sure if it can be swapped out for a thicker one. Seems solidly built, but time will tell I guess.

These holsters are great for CCW. They are sturdy and well made. The holster’s design is excellent. It fits snugly so you can carry safely while having fast and easy access to your firearm. No one will see any outline or imprint of your pistol. It is also very comfortable. I utilize kidney carry. I highly recommend these holsters.

I want to start off by saying this holster is made very well. The kydex is thicker than usual budget kydex. The adjustable clip is very nice as well. The hip facing side on the XD subcompact model is very busy with deep grroves that may become uncomfortable after a while but I didn't wear it long enough to notice. But overall you always want a flatter profile on the body side. The dealbreaker for the XD subcompact comes in with the overall design. The kydex does not quite cover all the way up the slide and the mag release is completely exposed. Even if there is a 99% chance of you never depressing the mag release, you simply cannot have that exposed in a ccw holster for that 1% chance. Also, I live in south florida and the top of the slide and mag release will rust from sweat over time if left exposed against my skin. Because of this I can't recommend this holster despite it's great construction. I would buy other holsters from this company in the future as long as I confirm before hand that the layout covers the top of the slide and the mag release.

Extremely Solid for my XD-9 , just a little looser than I thought it was going to but other than that it’s super solid for that gun!
