This is a really great camera. It is made of quality materials, very sturdy and easy to set up. It comes with everything you need, even the screw drivers. The light picks up motion very well and casts a wide light, which works wonders in scaring away unwanted animals and even people. The Camera itself is a great quality as well, both standard and night vision.

I purchased ANNKE's product because my Ring floodlight was not working anymore (broken beyond repair) and your product offer just what I needed at a lower price. Ring's product took me 20 minutes to install it and start using it. On the contrary, when I was installing ANNKE's floodlight with a camera I had to: 1. Go to the ANNKE's support site where they have a limited chatbot that does not bring value to the client. 2. Go to the internet for information 3. Contact Amazon's technical support (great support from two of three of Amazon's support team) 4. Per Amazon's technical support member suggestion, proceed to ANNKE's, technical support 5. I proceeded to inform ANNKE's technical support team about my problem providing the model of the device and steps followed to set up ANNKE's product. In total, I invested three (3) hours of my busy Saturday on a device that did not work. The funny thing is that now ANNKE's support team asked for the following: 1. The function I want to set up - Is a new device, check the invoice information. I want to add the camera on my phone using your app!!! I provided the steps that I follow (7) to set up the camera for the first time!! However, the support technician clearly did not read (!!!) the content of my message. 2. A picture of the blinking light (???) - Is this a joke? I would have to send several photos. OK technical support here is a photo of the light on and here is a photo of the light off (been cynical). By the way, I did not laugh! Well, returned the device, add this review here and will look for other alternatives.

This camera picks up the cars driving down the road,but not the cars pulling in my driveway. Sometimes it does sometimes it does not pick up cars on far right side backing out. When cars are parked you can see them perfectly. We have tried adjusting the settings/areas the camera should pick up. Would love to know if anyone else 8s having this problem and how to fix it.

You think it's a simple floodlight, what could go wrong? First, good about this product: - Light is sufficiently bright with wide enough coverage (well, all floodlights do that!) Now plethora of bad things: - Sensitivity setting pretty much does not work. - At all High/Medium/Low settings it did not detect me from 20 ft. Only after reaching about 15ft or closer turned it on. (even that may be due to its own mind as explained below) - Light has its own mind, it keeps coming on continuously all night long without anything moving (no wind, nothing moving, I am watching from inside, just above the light with full view of things). I.e. it comes on/then goes off after your specified time, then comes on again. I tested with setting 1 second on-time. And it worked like those decorative LED lights constant on/off, Funny! Not really. it is bad. (I have another camera which keeps triggering due to light on/off and I verified that nothing in the view but stark dark driveway!) - Setting up the light is nightmare - pun intended! You can not test/setup in daylight. Like all other security lights somehow these guys FORGOT to add "test" mode where it is supposed to bypass the daylight sensor and you should be able to adjust solely based on motion (to chose correct sensitivity, on-time etc). - The sensor is attached with camera, so NO you can not set your camera at desired angle independent of desired motion sensor range. Now the APP issues: - SD card events shows up multiple times (Same events repeat in the list) - You can not scrub through the video quickly, can't change speed. - Clicking on notification does not start playing related video, it just opens the app!

Purchase two I need one more. Like that myself and my husband both can have the app on our phone. I like that you can use a SD card for storage and not have to pay a monthly fee

No matter what we do this camera will not stay connected to the internet. We purchased a wifi booster and placed it in the same room as the exterior wall where the camera is mounted. When the camera does connect it takes so long to load to visual that whatever triggered the device would be gone before we ever got a look. You have to pay for cloud storage or have the hassle of climbing up to the device to use a memory card. Total waste of money. No customer service response despite having made efforts to get feedback on our issues.

Confusive to connect device to wifi because there are multiple apps in apple store under Annke. After googling and trying unsuccessfully the Annke apps, turns out the that works is called Camb. So don’t waste your time trying the Annke apps. There no free cloud storage at all, not even a free trial. So need to order the microSD card. I had previously an arlo but changing batteries every fee months was a pain. This one is now working .
