Supersonic SC-900 Professional Wireless Dual Microphone System Kit

Works anywhere in our house (150ft+ away), sound is less than perfect, but I wasn't expecting studio-quality for <$20, and frankly was surprised how great these mics sound. These wireless mics are freaking awesome for karaoke nights, and our whole family loves it.

Not professional quality, but definitely worth the $20 I spent on them. They are consumer grade plastic with no additional noise control circuits or nothing. They are better than the Mr. Microphone from when I was a kid and for someone calling bingo or a small bar's karaoke setup for example, they are perfect. In case you're wondering, they came with the two mics, one receiver, one power pack and one 1/4" to 1/4" audio cable. They even came with 2 x 9volt batteries to get you started. What a deal.

I purchased the product for my church group after reading several reviews. One review said that the reviewer had bought it for church meetings and was very pleased with the purchase, so that convinced me. I needed the product for the same reason. Unfortunately, the product did not satisfy our needs. I do not know the setup that the other user had , but our meetings are conducted in the basement of the church where there are no 'hook-ups'. Although the microphone and the receiver worked, the system requires a speaker system or some kind of amplifier to work the way I wanted.

I bought this for our church because our old one broke. Hooking it up was very easy but when I tested it you could barely hear it on high. Then I took it to the podium where we needed it which is 40 feet away and it would lose signal. I turned on the other mic and it wouldn't get a signal at all. We have a very high end sound system and I have been running it for 14 years. This is the worst set of wireless mic's I've ever seen, their light and cheep. I would try to discourage anyone from buying it. I'm trying to return it as I write.

THESE MICROPHONES, ARE REALLY AWESOME, I REALLY ENJOY USING THEM, THE ENTIRE FAMILY HAS A GREAT TIME SINGING ALONG WITH THIS MICROPHONES. THANK YU AMAZON FOR HELPING MY FAMILY SO HAPPY THS YEAR FOR CHRISTMAS.

The product is nice, especially for the price. I haven't used them professionally yet, but as I was testing them around the house, I found they would cut out in weird places, or if you were holding them wrong. It isn't really that big of a deal because I am going to be using them outside where there will always be a clear path between the mic and the receiver, but I would still like to know that the product could go through obstacles. Other than that, I like them. I wish I knew what frequency they were at, but they are good, with semi-good-quality sound, and very little feedback issues.

Works great, Had to buy a seperate component to feed corless box thu so it wouldnt feed off the mic that was plugged into my Karaoke machine. had a party and some kid broke one of the mics. Do you know where i can get one mic thats copmpatable with this system ?
