Bodyography Foundation Primer, Clear, 1 oz

This is my go-to primer. It makes my face look even and removes any red areas. My makeup looks even and soft when I put this under it. You can even use it on days you don’t want to wear makeup, but want a little more polished look. I’ve used this for years and hope it’s around for a long time!

Can't put on makeup without it now. I even use it if I'm not wearing makeup because it smooths the wrinkles quite a bit.

This primer does good things for my makeup and my skin. Bodyography's primer has that certain silky consistency that I love in a primer and sets a great base for my foundation. Not only does this extend the wear time of my foundation, but my skin seems to love the stuff. I initially tried the primer through a monthly subscription box. Taking the price into consideration, I wasn't all that impressed at first. Yes, the consistency was nice and it did help with my foundation, but I thought that it took too long to set. When this is applied, your skin will most definitely feel like there's primer hanging out on your face. Just sitting there, slowly setting. When it sets, it's glorious. However, it's the one thing that I still don't like about this product. Thankfully, I ended up just summoning up an ounce of patience and used the (generous) sample in its entirety over the course of a month or so. A little does go a long way, by the way. People commented on how smooth my skin looked while I was using it, and I had one of those weird moments where you look in the mirror and notice a big change in your appearance. When I ran out of the sample and tried some other primers, I noticed that my skin seemed to be steadily growing a bit rough around the edges. Needless to say, I quickly found my way back and I'm currently on my second bottle. I will be repurchasing again! Extra Information: I have combination skin. Moderately oily in some areas, extra dry around the nose and under the eyes, with the occasional hormonal breakout. The primer covers each of the areas very well.

Wow..I am pretty impressed..I am a 52 yr old female who tends to slack when it comes to my facial skincare routine. I almost never wear make up during the day..and thought I would try this instead of the Il-Makiage equivalent I have been seeing advertised in Facebook. When I first put it on I didn't notice an immediate difference..but after about only a couple minutes..I was surprised..my skin feels soft and is not shiny and has a nice even skin tone..and I could honestly get away without having to wear foundation..I am very impressed and will definitely be using this regularly!!!!!

This primer truly does go on like silk. It makes sense that if something is heavy, the coverage will be greater. This doesn’t cover the red totally. One needs a red covering foundation product over it. If it did cover the red dish skin better, it would not go on like silk in my opinion. So far so good.

excellent product ... used it some years ago, went to another product but CAME BACK TO BODYOGRAPHY FOUNDATION PRIMER CLEAR ... price is reasonable ...

I have used Bodyography Boost under and over my foundation and was pleased. I am new to the Bodyography line and read the reviews of both the radiance boost and primer (Radiance Boost is what I was initially looking for) and read on and found Primer product! For me, I think this primer works as well as Arbonne and DHC primers and much less expensive. I put it over my moisturizer, or wear it as a moisturizer. Amazing smoothness to receive flawless foundation. I do mix brands and found that Bodyography received my Merle Norman liquid foundation great. I am in my early sixities and do not have problem skin, other than my skin is a little dryer as I get older and in winter. After I use my Clarisonic Mia to cleanse and follow with toner, moisturizer and this product, it is amazing how soft and tender my face is to receive concealer and foundation. I have not had any skin reaction to product. Economically priced and for me, a great product. I will reorder!

I have always loved this primer (clear) but lately it has been more watery. The formula used to be very smooth and had the consistency of more of a gel. Also, the new formula is a bit more perfume rich… smells like baby powder. I prefer the old formula.

Ease of purchasing a product I have used for ages

So I bought this product as a primer to hide the redness of my rosacea. It is green and it does make the redness paler, but could not really make it desappear and does not pretend to do that. it is not a councealer and does not replace one. It smells and feels incredible. It leaves the skin extra soft with a light healthy glow. Perfect primer if you don't like thick heavy product. It's full of essential oil and aloe vera but doesn't leave the skin oily. I will definitely love it till the end.
