how long does it take to build the dragon?

Depends on the cognitive ability of the person building it. My 11-year-old did it in 2 days. He has built a lot of lego sets. It is a complex model well made worth the money.

I am missing all the parts for arms for wings and sections to his tail how do i get the parts i need

I think you have all the parts. I have done Leggos with my grand kids, forget all that. I took the entire thing apart and started again. I opened all the bags. I separated ALL the colors into trays. Last advice is to make sure, very sure you have the exact part. You have to be very exact, and find the exact designated piece. Last thing. Some of the pieces are shades of the color it is suppose to me. The exact part is there, maybe not the exact color, but close.
