The lamp arrived with one part bent. This wasn't surprising since the metal it is made of was very flimsy. It could have been bent back to work, but then the metal would have had a permanent indent. The worst part about this lamp though is that the wire holding the bulb on can easily be seen. It can be seen even when not lit, so imagine how tacky it looks with the light shining behind it. Check out the pictures. Pretty disappointing. The company that sold it was very understanding though and was able to help me return it.

this fixture looks incredible, and the price is excellent as compared to comparable products. It is rather tricky to get the globes onto it, and in light of the apparent difficulty of ever taking them off again, I bought the longest lasting light bulbs I could find. You do get an extra globe with it, and I am told by the seller that replacements are available. I think I'm going to order one just in case, because someday these bulbs will burn out and then I don't know how I'll ever be able to get NINE of them off without breaking at least a couple. But that said, it is gorgeous and costs a fraction of the price of any other similar fixture I could find anywhere.

Love this item. Great purchase. However; the individual glass light fixtures are impossible to remove without breaking. I contacted their customer service for advice and they showed zero concern. Offered me no options nor help. The product comes with an extra glass fixture, but the opening is too small to put any size light bulb in it.For such a simple question they were not able to provide any help or concern.I will never purchase anything from this company ever again.

Really bright but not too huge. Make sure to get smaller bulbs. Some of the standard energy efficient bulbs are to long to fit in the globes.

Looks great and was easy to install

We're not happy! It's impossible to change the bulbs without the globes breaking and we already had one broke in the box! We had to purchase more globes which we still haven't received! We're very unhappy with the service and the quality of this product!

Best advise I saw online was to have 2 people install the globes. It was very easy, one pinched in the wirethe other fit the globe over the light bulb. It really fun and is a great price.
