LOVE this coffee!
I discovered this last year at Whole Foods when I bought my home espresso machine and was looking for new coffee beans. This is one of the most versatile bean I’ve found as it tasted delicious with an aeropress, with my espresso machine (bambino plus) and when blended with dark roasts. It smells like poop when you open the bag but it tastes terrific and even my coffee snob boyfriend likes this.

Best of the best!
I’ve tried just about every one of Allegro’s coffees and this one is my favorite so far. I’m not great at describing flavors so I’ll just say this one tasted perfectly balanced. Not to acidic, not too bold, not too fruity, not too tangy, just perfect.

Berry Coffee?? Hmm...
Arrived from Amazon with very fresh use by date. Good, and different aroma when opening the bag. Smooth coffee, with a very interesting, very fruity flavor. Wife really likes it, while for me, while not at all unpleasant, it just doesn't taste like coffee, but more of a hot, berry drink. Blended half the bag with a half bag of espresso beans, yielding a very good tasting coffee coming from our DeLonghi Opera espresso machine.

Great coffee, significantly expired bag
I *love* Blue Nile Blend coffee, and this is a disappointment. I received the bag on 11/14/22 and it was stamped Best if Used By 8/10/22. The last bag I received was not expired, but was close to the expiration date. The vendor/supplier is apparently using old or expiring coffee beans for Amazon. The last bag tasted burnt when I made my coffee, and this one tastes off, too, so will unfortunately be canceling this particular subscription.
