Sand Ant Farm Basic - Educational formicarium for Live Ants

This product costs a fair amount of money. The plastic is a high quality, it came with all the stuff you need which was awesome. However, the box it came in was about the size of a GameCube. This is a tiny thing and it’s definitely overpriced.

This came from Spain, took forever to arrive, and came in a very small package. Pretty easy to assemble, however, suitable for maybe one small colony, will definitely have to expand sooner than expected. Extremely small. Not worth $60.

Very disappointed in the size, truly it should only cost like 10-20$ for the size of the farm. Not sure if the sand will stand up to tunnel making because its so fine the tunnels would collapse. Live and learn and don't buy! Its a HUGE waste of money.

This is REALLY small (like Nintendo 3DS small) and looks like it should only cost about 30$ MAX. The kit includes everything BUT ants and there is a bottle of blue sugar that you can not open up at ALL. Its a twist cap but has a locking for child safety but as a 31 year old I can not get it open! I am about to cut it open and the general instructions did not show you how to open the bottle either, they just mention that the kit comes with it. The casing is very well made and the lids are pretty heavy so that is a plus. Though several parts look like they were made with a 3d printer to possibly save money on their end. I would return it if i could but i am not the one who bought it for my son.

Very small does not come with everything in the picture I think for the money it is not worth it also the seller makes you pay for returns post office is $39 FedEx is 154 because it goes to Spain seller does not pay for sending it back buyer beware with this product

It’s ridiculously small. Not worth the money at all. Wasn’t what I expected.
