Extremely POOR quality and service.
I ordered this but as soon as I rode it around my house. One of the wheels made a loud grinding noise. It was hard to ride as the hoverboard didn't read what direction I wanted to go clearly. I requested a return, got approved the same day I received this in which I went and had to pay for the return expense via post office. It's been about 20 days now and still no word on my refund from the seller. One of the poorest experience on Amazon by far. VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!
