my second purchase of this great "twangers" chin and upper lip hair remover..the first one got packed to move 2 months ago and I can'd do without it! As a senior who has developed unwanted facial hair, I searched long and hard for a remover that wouldn't het and would be good for removing the grey facial hair we seniors can develop as we age.Fairly painlesseasy to use prior to putting makeup oninexpensivefree "Prime" deliveryAA battery are easy to find!I purchased the first one several years ago and, upon moving, ended up packed for over 3 months in a moving box.It's so inexpensive, and shipping is free with Amazon Prime.I decided to reorder and, sadly, the shipping was no longer covered, so I just ordered a new one, knowing I could pas the packed one to a girlfriend with similar issues.Well worth the insignificant cost for those who normally might have their unwanted facial hair removed in a beauty parlor by facial waxing..t the normal cost o $20.00!!!

Only good for facial as not many tweezers to do the job. I have others that has 17 tweezers that does well for touch up. Similar like this one but tad bit wider. I recommend 17, 32 or 72 tweezer models as I have all those for different purpose. I started out 72 and after epilating, I wouldn't need it any more and use 17 and 32 for everyday use. Cause its all tiny hairs now. I happens to be male and use it for back and down there. Just gotten used to it.

Received my Tweezer today. The packaging said "includes two AA batteries." Those were nowhere to be found. The instruction sheet section on cleaning said, "Use the brush provided." Again, no brush in evidence. Neither of these oversights are Amazon's fault, of course.The batteries were a little hard to put in, but not impossible. The battery chamber cover is not easy to slide on and off.The unit performs adequately but I wouldn't say, "OMG, this is the best personal care item I've bought in years!" Many (many) attempts at lip and chin hairs still left some behind. I did discover that faster circular motions are more effective than slower ones.I will keep this item, but based on my experience, I would say you'd be better off with the $25-$30 models.

Product was very cheaply made. Batteries were very difficult to place. Product does not work. Poor workmanship.

I ordered from Amazpn, what looked like the one which I LIKED and after a fairly long wait received TWO if the items, one for me and one for my daughter. I found the action of the product poor, not removing the hairs, but overheating and useless for my needs and those of my daughter's. This is a tool that works as advertised and I literally could not do without it. I recommend it for anyone with facial hair.

This product is amazing! I find myself in a rush sometimes and with this I can make sure I keep my eyebrows under control. There is a slight sting but I find it less painful and much more easier than tweezing

It seems to work okay for the few areas I need it, however I gave it 3 stars because packaging said triple A batteries and cleaning brush included. Neither was - that was a disappointment.
