If you need a suppository laxative, these are the same as the brand name and cheaper. Work just as well. I had to buy these as part of my preparation for a colonoscopy. Ugh!! Anyway, it’s good to have them on hand. My buying rule: If a generic product is same or just as good, why spend extra for a brand name?

These Rite Aid bisacodyl laxative suppositories worked well for fast constipation relief when I needed something that would work quickly. They were effective within the expected timeframe and provided reliable relief when other options weren’t available. I found them helpful for occasional use when I needed a fast-acting stimulant laxative. They’re not something I would choose as my first long-term solution, but for short-term constipation relief, they do the job as intended. Overall, this is a reliable over-the-counter laxative suppository that works well when you need quick relief.

The manufacturer has improved the design, by slicing off one side for easier insertion. It works as stated, but there are two major problems that hinder its effectiveness. a. opening the 'individually wrapped' capsules. b. the product staying in place. c. the product melting before one can get put it in place. So far I've wasted two of them. Please, Mr Manufacturer, make them easier to open! Thank you!

These arrived when it said it would be. Received them on time.

I thought it was easy to use. At least I had no problem peeling back the plastic cover. I never used one before so I was sceptical it would work. Within 30 minutes I was relieved and didn't have any pain or cramping. I would buy them again. They were worth the money.

Opening the package was difficult and the suppositories broke in half because there were big bubbles in the the middle of them. Despite the manufacturing flaw, they were effective in providing quick relief.

after 6 days of nothing working, I got this and within 2 hours it was over. A half hour after insertion I finally had a B.M. that required a bit of straining. I then did what you're not supposed to a half hour later and used another half of a suppository; half hour later was the 2nd time and no straining at all, 30min after that went once again loose. There were no stomach cramps or anything, only relief, which is absolutely amazing to me. I assume one would've worked perfectly if I had these from the get go. I can't recommend this product enough, get them before you're in the situation so you don't have to mess around with hoping that more than 1 in a day will be fine.

So the mfg is bad enough that the "Pull Back" on the packaging is not machined correctly so you have to use scissors. Then once you get the individual suppository open - guess what - they come out in pieces. Unusable. 3 out of 4 just fell apart.
