Results in pleasant sleepiness. I contacted company to ask for percentages of valerian and glycerin. They said they could not give percentages. I felt the product had too much glycerin. We went round and round. Although this product was effective I prefer companies who print percentages right there on the bottle. I kept product and am diluting one dose in 4 ounces water as the glycerin is super sticky and I dislike the texture. The company reps were very nice and offered a refund which I refused. However, while some may like this product I don't think it is the brand for me and I won't be purchasing again

I got this for my DOG. She is 50 pounds. She was getting up every night, walking around being sleepless and waking us up! I don't like to give her ( or me) prescription or without trying anything thats not natural first. THIS WORKED! Finally my dog can sleep through the night- even on the lowest dose! The taste is awful but absolutely worth it.

I am on my 2nd or 3rd bottle of this. I use it every night. I find that it is helpful. Whereas before I might have several night of no sleep, or very little sleep, I seldom have that anymore. It does seem to be calming. Also, I used to get up to go to the bathroom a lot more often, now it is usually only once a night ( sometimes twice, if I drank a lot of water or juice.) The taste is kind of like licorice, which I really like. I know some people do not, but they could always swallow it fast, and chase it down with water of some other taste they like. The bottle lasts me about 2 months or more. So depending on how you use it, it could last longer... or not as long. It would be hard to say. If I am really anxious, about something that happened during the day, I may use two droppers full, but generally one dropper full, is enough, to calm me down. I will continue to use it.

I was rather surprised this did NOT work for me, while it is recommended for relaxation and SLEEP, I've had the opposite result. I will stop for a couple of days, just to rule out all other factors. I did experience headache the next morning - but again I really want to be sure it was Valerian Root or something else. I will edit this review in a few days, but after 2 nights of NO SLEEP AT ALL, (and this is the only thing I added to my routine), I am not recommending this one for SLEEP. (as of now).

I've tried several brands of valerian root extract and Horbaach has by far been the best I've found. A great product that isn't watered down like others. It's always great to help unwind and relax on those restless nights. I highly recommend this product and will continue using it as my go to for a sleep aid. 💯

What I did feel was my stomach twisting in protest — bloating, gurgling, and yep… it gave me the runs. Not the kind of cleansing experience I was looking for before bed. ⚠️ Label Red Flag: There’s no listed mg amount per serving, just “Valerian Root Extract 2mL” — which tells me nothing about actual potency. Other tinctures I’ve used are much clearer and more transparent with their dosing. 💸 Value Check: This bottle is cheaper than the high-quality tincture I normally use, but now I know why. The price difference shows — in both taste and performance. Sometimes you really do get what you pay for. ✅ Pros: • Fast delivery, arrived sealed and intact. • Glycerin-based (no alcohol). • Non-GMO, no artificial junk — which I appreciate. 👎 Cons: • Tastes awful. • Didn’t calm me much. • Wrecked my stomach. • Unclear dosage. Bottom line: I won’t be buying again. If you’re looking for effective valerian without the bathroom side effects, I’d invest in a higher-quality tincture — worth the extra few bucks for something your body actually agrees with. ⚠️ Fine print: Valerian root has been known — though rarely — to cause false positives for benzodiazepines on drug screens. Unlikely, but not impossible.

It’s hard to found any valerian in this glycerin substance. It does not smell or taste like valerian should be. Will not using this product
