Easy to put on, hand tightening only, no leaks. Looks good, put on a crock from the water company, they are not selling crocks anymore, they want you to rent a hot/cold dispenser, and add to monthly bill. This spigot was easy to put on, the old broken one was easy to take off, just unscrew by hand, no tools needed.

This is a perfect fit for brita ultra water purifier only if you place it higher than ground and leaving tap outside of landing surface. Tap hight is more than brita tap. That way we fill

Spigot came straight from factory... it was greasy with metal shavings. Not a big deal but you have to wash it thoroughly. After installation I was surprised to see where the leaks come from. Please see video. Producer has no quality control. It's a hit or miss product.

...too bad the dimension guide failed to mention I needed a 1/2" hole in which to fit the spigot. I am sooo bummed as this was the only spigot I wanted. I loved the elongated spigot mouth as it fits perfectly in the tops of my kombucha bottles, but leaves slight airspace around it so that the liquid doesn't back up while being decanted. I doubt they make an identical 3/8" threaded fitting. Don't know what I'll do about it, yet, but I am wholly unwilling to give it up! It's heavy duty and GORGEOUS.WARNING: the fine threads are SUPER sharp and the 2 big silicone washers are very difficult to get on, hence the major cut on my finger just trying. Had the spigot fitted into the hole, it would have been worth it! lol

Perfect. This is the second one I’ve ordered, as I liked the first one so much more than what came with the drink dispenser. Easy fit, easy installation. Fast pour, no leaks. Highly recommended.

My husband installed this one after the original spout on our porcelain dispenser broke last week. He said it was easy to install -and we have had no issues with it so far.

Be careful when installing. The threads on the unit were very sharp. Cut my fingers and thumb badly. after cleaning up the blood, it seems to be doing well.

I can only use this on one of my containers and it has to be at a side angle because it's too long. The other containers the spigot would not tighten on them enough to be able to use. I profusely leaked. I paid a lot of money for two of these and was sad to not be able to use them as needed.

Great product for making sure your liquid is not leaking from your container. Wish they gave instructions/product dimensions with the box, instead you will have to look online to figure it out.
