The Pizza Oven Handbook: Builders' guide Paperback – April 25, 2018

I read this book twice from front to back. Took notes and now I have started my project. It is written clearly and easy to follow the steps to complete my oven.

This is a very straightforward description of materials and time needed. The project is something the average DIYer can accomplish. I do wish that alternate materials would be discussed more. Was hoping for a dual fuel oven (gas burner or wood) but this is a great starter build.

Book was detailed but was not what I expected. Returned.

I bought this book and 2 others. Out of the 3, this and one of the other books was the most help. I am still gathering supplies and plan to build my over this summer. I highly recommend for a novice like me.

Andrew Thompson’s book is identical to Theodore McDonald’s. I don’t know who the plagiarist is or if one is ghost written. They are exactly the same! The pictures are color and better quality in Thompson’s book. The content is good, but you will need to be a little handy or a quick YouTube learner because it is not super detailed

Over priced for value. Nondescript wide openings of information. Photos lacking thru out pamphlet like book. I should have returned.
