Great backpack with one weird flaw.
The logo on the backpack looks great. The shoulder straps are very comfortable… My only complaint would be that although there are four zipper compartments, there is one at the front that keeps getting stuck every time I try to open it. Therefore that compartment is not usable. I assume that there is something wrong with the stitching but visibly it does not appear that there’s anything wrong. So if I exchange it, how do I know that the problem will go away? So, since the backpack is nice enough otherwise so I choose to keep it.

Excellent book bag
My son love this backpack. He had the exact one for about 7 years and wanted the same one again. Other one still works it is just faded and he wanted a new one. This backpack took him through elementary, middle and most of highschool. So far he is enjoying having a new one. The quality is fantastic and it lasts through weather, being thrown around etc! Holds up very well.
