I am a serial dieter, always looking for something to suppress appetite. (I have lost over 50lbs and maintained my size 0-2 for many years now). Frankly not many things work, certainly nothing "non prescription"... However, If I plan ahead, take two caspsules before I know I will be hungry (for me I get hungry mid afternoon, so I take it around 1:45pm, and at 3 I am not hungry. I bought two and am subscribing so I am never out. It is 100% worth it for me as I eat less overall and am happier. My husband said I have been in a much better mood lately.
