I don't smoke, but I refer to this patch as my "pain patch". Sore arm, couldn't move it at all. I put half of the patch onto the joint where my arm/shoulder meet and within 20 mins, the pain is gone. Within 2 hrs I could move my arm so that it extended all the way down my side. After 24 hrs I could raise it nearly all the way up. The stick-em works well and stayed on through 2 days worth of showers!! After 48 hours my arm worked perfectly and I took the patch off. **Note to buyers: If you don't smoke, buy this anyway. Depending on how your body reacts to the 7, 14 or 21 mg options, it's wise to cut the 7 mg in half or the 21 mg into fourths and place on your arm or waist area. Don't put it where pants or a bra will rub against it. Change it out every 24-48 hrs for a few weeks and make note of the positive effects. I think you'll be in for a shock!

Little to no toxins. Cleanest I've found. Adhesive quality is great as I wear them all day with no skin irritation. Lot's of benefits to nicotine patches...go down that rabbit hole! :)

cheaper & just as effective. The stickiness is a bit better than nicoderm patches... but Id still hold it down with medical fabric tape. (corners curl easily as you move). I keep hearing that you're not supposed to cut them, but I honestly think you can (after some extensive online research).

I have been using them for 2 years now, and I haven’t been sick! I took Dr. Ardis advice and I cut them in 1/4 for daily use.

They seem to be good quality, but some of them stick to the interior of the package and are hard to get loose and your fingers get all over them.

Works well and convenient to use.

It’s funny how people use these to attempt to quit smoking when nicotine is not the addictive component (yes believe it or not Nicotine is non-addictive) in cigarettes. Not surprising that most fail using this method.
