Question 1

Why is goals for the year column given? Do we need to change our top goals of the year each day?

Accepted Answer

Hey Garvit, I happened to meet Brian Tracy one of the top self-help gurus in the world in a workshop. He was questioned by a participant such as" After 40 years of research in the self-help industry, what is exactly to be done to speed up the process of success.

He simply answered "Write your goals daily".

Then he explained, in our day to day life we come across different activities, which will distract us from reaching our target, when you start writing your yearly goals on a daily basis, You are programming your subconscious mind. You are constantly reminding the brain what your goals are.

By doing this on a daily basis for about a month or so, Your subconscious will take control over that goal. And give you ideas that you have never ever got. You would meet new people, get new ideas, get new invites from the relevant field. It's truly a magical experience.

And yeah, your goals might change after a few days, you might realize which goals are important and which are not. You could change them, Feel free to play with your goals. Make sure when you change your goals you are progressing.

I hope I have answered your question. Thank you and good day.
