I Love LMNT! I tried these when I kept waking up with cramps in my legs at night and it works wonders. I NEVER run out of packets! Citris salt is so yummy too.

This was recommended by cardiologist for daily use. It tastes great, dissolves well and is easy to transport, easy to use. My only Negative Comment is that I have it on auto-renewal at the 9th of each month, and instead of arriving in 2-3 days from the date of auto-ship, it is often 2-3 weeks, so I run out on a regular basis due to the inconsistency of shipping date. I am currently looking for a local place to purchase and then cancel this auto-ship because I cannot trust the product to arrive at any regular timing.

This electrolyte mix is way better than others on the market. Not sweet which I like and doesn't irritate my stomach. I mix with 24 oz water and it gives a great hydration on days when I've worked out hard and/or probably didn't drink enough water. it's completely eliminated my nightime leg cramps.

I have this on subscription. I breastfeed my six month old and drink one of the packs in 40 oz of water 2/3 times a day. Definite difference in supply and finger swelling if I don’t drink them. Great taste, dissolves perfectly every time. No complaints here!
