I bought a size 10 since i wear a 9 1/2. in reading these questions do i cut the insert where it says 10? or do i cut it at 9. i read “literally”

Just a suggestion: Cut at 10, if that is too big, you can cut smaller. If you cut at 9 and that is too small, there's nothing you can do about it.

Can this replace the original insole

Thank you for your inquiry, unfortunately, the original insole is sturdy and shaped like a cup at the heel, without it the shoe would not fit properly. The resizer is completely flat and thin, you would probably not be happy with the comfort or fit with just the re-sizer installed as an insole. Thanks again, it is an honor to serve you!

Yes. Mine shows the longest *cut* at "W11" for women's size, but the insole is longer (~1/4" ?). Just don't cut down the insole -- use exactly how it comes out of the package.

Do the inserts have arch support?
