AMD Ryzen 5 3600 speed
I purchased Asus Laptop 2012. No problem came for 5 years. Than I purchased Dell Laptop it worked for 5 years. No problem. After that in 2022 I switched to 11th gen i3 Laptop. Lenovo ideapad slim3 which broke in just 1 year. previously I had a workstation 2nd Gen CI7 2600K with P8H67 I deluxe from Asus. And it went well for 10 years. So finally I decided to build a pc which is solid build. And after a complete market research I came up with following specs. I needed basic graphics so I chose Nvidia 710 ddr5 rather than ddr3. Asus B520 M K motherboard. AMD Ryzen 5 3600 8 x 2 = 16 gb of corsair vengeance 3200 MHz Ant Esports Si11 Cabinet Ant Esports VS400L psu View Sonic 2209 Monitor Logitech M90 Mouse Logitech K120 Keyboard Gigabyte NVIDIA 710 2gb ddr5 graphics card TP link TP600 wireless card This complete built cost me around 31125 rs. I have not added Hard Disk because I already reached my limit of 30000. So I used my laptop M.2 NVME. 1TB. This PC is superfast. Within 2 mins I installed windows 11. From that u can imagine it's speed. Pros: Speed is good Cons: I made 2 mistakes in building my pc. First I should have waited and made my budget 40k. So I could have purchased 1030 gpu which cost 7000. It gives 1080 p output in games. I don't play games but I won't it for video editing. 2nd motherboard should B450. Actually this motherboard I didn't know existed till I purchased B520. B450 Has support for Higher Frequency Ram. B520 only has support upto 2666MHz. Though documents show that B520 support 4600 Mhz Ram. But when I saw performance it shows 2133 MHz. So little bottleneck you will see in performance. Otherwise only 1 min to install windows 11. Don't Purchase Ant esports cabinets because it has less space compared to other brands like Frontech - IBall - Zabronics - Enter - krystaa. Krystaa is totally a local brand but it defeats Ant Esports in terms of space and build quality. If u want gaming Cabinet go with zebronics. It will be very very helpful for long run. I hope everything is clear. Thanks to Amazon for timely delivery of the products and good packaging and intimation through emails.

Still has the best price to performance ratio in the market.
3600 has the best to performance ratio than all the other cpus at this price. This CPU can handle most triple A games and the best part is you can pair it with a budget gpu like 1660 or even a high end gpu like 3070, yes it will bottleneck at 1080p with a 3070, but wont be a problem for 1440p, I get above 80 fps at least in every game I have played except cyberpunk. 3600 is also good for multi-threading tasks like programming, CAD , 3d mark , and general productivity My cpu boosts at 4.2 ghz with ease. Bear in mind tht If u pair it with the rtx 3000 series gpu u will get high temps because of the gpu exhuast if you are using the stock cooler, at load temp rises upto 80c

Ryzen 5 3600 Delivers Exceptional Performance on a Budget
Title: Ryzen 5 3600 Delivers Exceptional Performance on a Budget The AMD Ryzen 5 3600 is a powerful and affordable processor that punches well above its weight class. I paired it with an A320 motherboard (after updating the BIOS), GTX 1660 graphics card, and 16GB of 3200MHz RAM. This combo easily handles the latest games at max settings in 1080p resolution. The 3600's performance is impressive for CPU-intensive tasks like video editing and 3D rendering too. It provides great value, especially when you consider the savings on compatible motherboards and RAM versus Intel alternatives.

High temperature issues
Runs hot, 65c, had to turn off core performance boost and temps went down to 50. Unless you need the full power of processor have core performance boost stuff turned off, a lot of ryzen 5 3600's are failing because of temperature issues nowadays. 1. Thermal throttle this cpu at 70-75 from ur bios settings. 2. Undervolt it. It will affect performance by maybe 10%, but its worth it in long run.

One of the best and highest rated gaming processor from AMD. Highly recommended.
This Processor is lightening fast. Absolutely one of the best in the market and faster than most any other processor. Totally brilliant and one of the best in the market for high end gaming. This is for a gaming rig I hooked up for my kids. It was long overdue. I am using a Asus TUF Gaming X570-PLUS motherboard with this AMD Ryzen-5 3600 MHz 6-Core processor with a Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM. My graphics card is ASUS Radeon RX 580 8GB Dual-Fan OC Edition GDDR5. The PSU is Corsair RM650. I'm using two hard disks in this. The booting is Western Digital WD Blue SSD 250 GB SATA III and the bulk storage is a standard 1 TB Seagate Baracuda as the secondary. All this is housed in a Corsair Carbide Series CC-9011050-WW cabinet. I'm using Samsung 27 inch Curved LED Backlit Computer Monitor and Redgear Pro Series Wired Gamepad. The keyboard mouse combo is Redgear Manta MT21 Gaming Keyboard. The sound is from F&D F-203G 2.1 Channel Multimedia Speakers System. Everything is bought here on Amazon within days of each other and it is perfectly matched. I recommend this processor and whole setup to anyone interested in building a top-of-the-line gaming computer that will not be outdated anytime soon. Highly recommended.

Great Medium Budget Performance CPU
Great CPU. It has definitely been an upgrade over what was is in my system before (Intel i7 860). Plus, the packaging was not only clean and without breaks. But (and I didn't know this), a layer of thermal paste was already on the CPU coolers bottom, which helped because I had forgotten to order some. Would recommend this CPU for someone wanting to build a medium-budget computer as not only does the CPU perform well but is still cheap for the performance you get.

Impressive Performance at a Great Price Point
Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5) writing this review after 2 years using this processor about the performance 2 years back when i built my PC with the AMD Ryzen 5 3600 processor, and it has completely transformed my computing experience. This processor is an absolute gem, and I'm thrilled with its performance. Performance: The AMD Ryzen 5 3600 is a powerhouse for its price point. With a base clock speed of 3.6GHz and the ability to boost up to 4.2GHz, it handles a wide range of tasks with ease.

Best for unexpensive gaming experience
I play Skyrim, Rise of the Tomb Raider and Grand Theft Auto V. All maxed out with a Zotac GTX 980 Ti Amp! Extreme 6Gb. The differences between the 3600X and 3600XT are not worth the huge extra money to buy so better stick with this plain 3600. I paired this with a Gigabyte x570 Aorus Elite Wifi motherboard and Crucial Balistix 3600 16-18-18-38 Memory 16 Gb. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Installed Windows 10 on Samsung 980 Pro 1Tb NVMe hard drive and my system boots within 10 seconds. For the value, if you are not the gamer wanting the top technologies, this is a very good CPU that also comes with it's heatsink. I was a bit surprised about the SIZE of the heatsink, it's pretty flat, but hey, it works and I have no extreme heat peeks when playing my games and doing some basic video editing in Cyberlink Power Director!
