Is there sugar in this? How much?

Yes it has a small amount of sweetener sucralose. I’m not sure how much exactly but I know it’s a very small amount because it’s listed last on the ingredients list. Other pre workouts I’ve tried have either been loaded with sugar and really interfered with my weight loss goals or contained aspartame which triggers migraines for me. Nightmare! So glad I found this one.

How many carbs per serving?

There aren’t any listed on the tub

How long should I take before I workout?

This should be consumed just before or during the workout

Thoughts on beta alanine?

It's a great addition to this supplement thats for sure. its an amino acid that helps with energy, endurance and also concentrating which i def need when im working out sometimes. I love that its been combined with caffeine - gives a great boost in the gym!
