Purina Beyond Chicken, Beef and Cod Ground Entree Grain Free Wet Dog Food Variety Pack - (Pack of 12) 13 oz. Cans

I read through dozens of canned dog food options on Amazon and settled on Beyond by Purina. Meat is the first ingredient in both recipes included in this 12 can package of Beyond by Purina. For the Chicken, Carrot & Pea Recipe, there are 5 ingredients (less added vitamins and minerals). The other 2 ingredients not mentioned in the title are chicken broth and liver. This ground dog food is not a wet slurry, it is rather dense, and looks and smells fresh. Same can be said for the Beef, Potato & Green Beans Recipe. There are slightly more ingredients in this recipe (8 ingredients in all) but all ingredients are pronounceable. This too is ground dog food that looks and smells fresh. I buy canned ground dog food as a topper for my dog's kibble. Wet food because it increases her interest in eating and finishing her breakfast and dinner. The 12 can package of Beyond dog food also includes 6 cans of each recipe mentioned above. This enables me to provide some variety in flavors to my dog. This really cuts down on the boredom she was exhibiting with her plain dry kibble. My dog and I are definitely pleased with this purchase!

No problem with the taste..it was delivered by usps..rough treatment..one can bashed so bad it blew apart..I've had messed up product from them before .. .

My 13 yr old miniature dachshund started having intestinal and fecal problems about 2 years ago, but it was off and on, and hard to diagnose or pinpoint the source. About 8 months ago I noticed that canned chicken was the culprit. He is a chicken wh*re and I had previously been using fresh roasted chicken for him, but got lazy sometimes and would occasionally fall back on the canned chicken. It became very clear that that was the source of the problem. Obviously I felt terrible so we went to vet and after some probiotics and Rx dog food his poop was back to normal but he was pooping literally 5 times a day w intense urgency. The poop was normal but the frequency was pretty alarming, not to mention logistically confounding. I simply couldn’t be there for every waking second he was pooping. The food was also $3 a can, and the serving size was half the can. I eventually just said you know what if it was the canned chicken then I jsut don’t give him the freaking canned chicken anymore lol why do I need this $60 case of food twice a month for the rest of his life? I didn’t. I started experimenting w simpler commercial dog foods And the Beyond was one of them. I looked carefully at ingredients first, serving size, and price. The Blue brand is good too and sometimes I get that. But this is a staple in the house now and the cans are half the price of the Rx food. He loves it, hops all around when I feed him, and poops twice a day like normal. I am very glad I found this and he seems to do just as well on this as the pricey rx food.

I have two dogs that like this food. My only complaint is that the consistency of the food varies from shipment to shipment. Sometimes it's fairly hard/firm and needs to be mixed with water, and other times it's soft and ready-to-go. Good thing they like it either way.

Love Purina Beyond wet dog food! My dogs have been eating this for years and it’s always been a healthy and cheaper version of a lot of the high end dog food on the market. Great price point too!

Wanted to try to include more veggies in my dog's diet. Ordered this and she enjoys eating her meat and veggies.
