A little syrup-y for consistency so I mixed with water and had a better taste. Actually got this as a sample in a muscle box and had such a good workout I decided to buy it. First few workouts were good; extra energy, good pump, helped focus but that faded after the first five bottles. Too expensive per serving to consider buying again.

If you enjoy blowing up your stomach, then I suppose this might work for you. If you're looking for a boost of energy, stick with a Monster or Redbull.
