I was under the impression that the "130" designation means 1.30mm but the "16L" designation is for 1.25mm. Why does this have both?

You are right 125 -1.25 means 16L. Sometimes merchants don't create the listing nor the specs of the listing. Amazon's catalog is designed to make a selling process fast and easy and sometimes the catalog has wrong data. The Luxilon 130-1.30 is 16g and the 125-1.25 is 16L. It's clear that there's a mistake in the information input not with the string reel.

What is the recomended tension, l´m intermediate player, and have 68 years old. I used strings luxilon 4G 16L?

Hi Humberto, I have two rackets, a Wilson Juice 100s and a Wilson Steam 99s. I tried string tensions from 52lbs to 58 lbs. using Luxilon 4G 16L strings. When considering performance and comfort, I have found 54 Lbs. works the best. I'm 64 years old and use a lot of top spin. This tension works best for me without hurting my shoulder.

Im wondering do these strings work with the crosses on the SW102 autograph racket?

Not sure how it will perform in your specific racket but it is a VERY stiff string and maintains the tension.
