OK, so I almost didn't buy this because of some of the negative reviews which is what's prompted me to make sure I leave my own review. For context, I'm 5ft 1 and female, which is likely why this product worked for me and not for those who've had a negative experience. I've lifted weights at home for a few years now but have never had a bench. I'm not a body builder, so I'm not lifting huge weights. With this in mind, I've found this great. Its the perfect size and given that my shoulders are proportionately narrower than most, I don't have an issue with the hand placement in relation to the rack which is something a few other reviews have mentioned. For me, at my weight, it's sturdy and well built (which I was able to do easily enough by myself with the instructions provided). I don't use the incline function at all so I can't comment on how well that works or not, but for a basic bench for use at home it's great. Again, I'm short, I'm female and not lifting huge weights, so bear that in mind. I could imagine that anyone taller/heavier than me wanting to lift really heavy would perhaps find this a bit small and not as sturdy as they'd like. In terms of storage, it folds up and is kept in place by a a key/pin (not sure of the term!) There's also pins to keep the barbell in place when not being used but they're actually narrower than the holes they're supposed to go through, meaning they easily slip back out so again, bear that in mind if safety is a huge concern. Overal, glad I've purchased but would only recommend if I knew the person buying was similar in weight/size/height.

Bought for son and he loves it. Being that it can fold up quickly is especially great. Not too big either! Bargain as well!

For this price this is just what I was looking for. Very simple to set up, took me 10mins on my own. Sturdy enough for me (14 stone) to do dips without any fear of it tipping over. If I had to say a negative point I would say, eventhough the bench feels strong enough to take my weight and probably atleast 100kg on a bar, the wood used inside the padding could have been a little bit thicker/stronger as it feels far to light IMO. Overall I would recommend

Can’t fault it really for the price. The delivery came very quickly, the packaging was very professional and everything was very well laid out within in order to assemble the product. I didn’t really struggle to put it together on my own and they include all the necessary tools to do so, however they do recommend 2 people and it probably would have been easier with an extra hand. The product itself is good, it’s very sturdy. I couldn’t see it in the description but within the product it says 120kg max person and 200kg combined max weight. If I had any complaint it would be as others have said that the barbell rack is right where you would want to grab the bar making it a little awkward. Also the foot straps on the bench itself (if you wanted to use it for inclined sit ups) isn’t adjustable or elasticated so I have no idea how you’re supposed to get your feet under it! Those small things aside I think this is very good value for money as an entry level weights bench, it in no way feels like a cheap product.

I like how easy it was to assemble, it offers a versatile array of work out options, it's size and foldable nature means it won't take up much room. It's comfortable to use, feels sturdy and works exactly as a weight bench should. I've not had it long and I have already noticed a significant increase in muscle mass and tone.

i bought this bench as im new to lifting weights skinny lad that i am it took around an hour to setup the build quality is perfect easy adjustment if needed i like to bench press and do sittups on the bench itself and do stretches from it so the workout purpose is fullfilled for me and also the design if it makes it sturdy and also safe especially when there are young ones about give you the ability to lock the weights into place so all round great design i highly rate this for any home gym perfect piece of equipment

This bench is reasonably well made and feels sturdy enough but I would recommend regularly coming back to tighten bolts/screws as these can become loose over time. The main issue I have found with this bench is the distance between the barbell posts. This may not effect everyone depending on height/build but the narrow distance between the posts does make getting your hand placement difficult. I have found that for myself (6'3") I am not able to space my hands far enough apart on the barbell, this means I am having to partly lift the bar and then shuffle my hands along while it's off of the posts, or I need to slightly throw the weights up in the air to take the weight off my hands while I slide them outwards, neither situation is ideal and could lead to injuries VERY easily. If you would plan to use this as a regular bench without the barbell posts then I have no negative for it but since the bench press seems to be a primary feature of the bench then it does let the product down.

I bought this weights bench to assist with body pump routines. I do most of my fitness routines at home, bar a weekly circuits class. I have 2 x 20kgs barbell sets and a spin bike. I'm 5'10 and 75 kilos. After reading reviews, I was won over by the generally good opinions....so this my take. It was delivered on the third day following purchase. Easy to unpack, everything was individually wrapped and labelled. The instructions were ok...mostly visual. BUT, if you spread everything out beforehand, you'll find that it's easy to assemble....didn't need any help. Having said that, a socket spanner is preferable, because the flat spanner supplied is usable but less easy and a bit a fiddle. Once assembled, the entire construction was very sturdy and exhibited zero wobble. Downsides? Well the seat covering is stapled underneath, so will probably show wear and tear sooner rather than later...but nothing that duct-tape won't keep at bay. And I expect most other similar equipment at this price point will be the same. NOTE: Don't overtighten the side bolts on the the uprights. As with all home constructed items , you will doubtless have to check everything every six months or so and re-tighten if required. Some reviews mentioned that the seat impeded your legs at the dip station, but I don't have a problem. All in all, great value for money...and perfect for amateur home use. I'm more than happy

Just got my package today (2/09/2021). As most people I was excited to build a small home gym. After I mounted everything I checked the sturdiness and noticed it was wobbly. Weird I thought, started inspecting it and noticed the right leg defective. This is even before I used it. Now I have to dismount everything and sent it back. Save your money and respect your time, don't buy this.

Alle Teile waren vorhanden, inklusive der benötigten Werkzeuge. Auf den ersten Blick ist alles ordentlich verarbeitet und die Hantelbank war innerhalb 30 Minuten zusammengebaut. Im Vergleich zu meiner vorherigen Hantelbank ist sie kompakter und benötigt somit weniger Platz, vor allem weil man die Bank hoch klappen kann. Ein erstes Probeliegen fühlt sich gut an - 178cm Körpergröße und 75kg Gewicht. Eine Langhantel mit 2x 10kg für's Ausdauer-Training stellt vom Gewicht her kein Problem für diese Bank, auch nicht für die kleinen Haltenasen der Notablage, welche sehr solide angeschweißt sind. Das Abklappen der Bank nach unten und der Halteriehmen für die Füße machen diese Hantelbank gut nutzbar für Sit-Ups. Die Griffe für die Dips sind nicht zu weit auseinander und gut dimensioniert. Von mir eine klare Kaufempgehlung, für diejenigen, die Fitness-Training damit machen wollen. Für schwere Gewichte sollte man nach etwas massiverem Ausschau halten.
