Nickelodeon SpongeBob Swell Family Destinations for Garmin nüvi/zumo/StreetPilot U.S. Street Map

First of all it's a complete waste of packaging and shipping charges. All they sent was a piece of fancy cardboard with a website, download code and instructions on it. That could have been emailed to me and saved a lot of time and resources, pretty brainless on Amazons part. So I have my fancy cardboard and follow the instructions to update my Garmin and then download the software on to it with the code. The update goes well, no problems and then I try to download the software, press the download button and...nothing happens. Press it a couple more times, nothing, reload the page, nothing, unplug the Garmin and plug it back in, nothing. Finally the window changes to tell me I have tried to use the code too many times and I need to call customer service...F-ing wonderful. Glad I didn't want use this product anytime soon. Customer service tells me that they are having a problem with the downloads right now and they will let me know when it is fixed. "Hours, days, weeks..." I asked. They don't know. So far this purchase has been completely worthless. If they had just put the software on a SD card or CD and shipped it to me there would have been no problems. If this doesn't get fixed in a couple of days I'll be asking for a refund and have some serious second thoughts about shopping with these knuckleheads again.

When the program arrived in the mail from Amazon, all it had was a code number to use when you downloaded from the authors web site.I had no trouble downloading the program and installing it on my garmin gps. The voice part worked very well, but the POI did not download. I sent an e-mail to the authors web site and was informed that there was a problem with the code number I had received from Amazon. Within two days I received a new code, downloaded the program again and everything work fine. Very happy with my Sponge Bob GPS.

I brought this so when my grandchildren are in the car they will think their grandmom is awesome. I love it myself it makes me smile. Thank you

Attempted to download and only the voice came down on to the Nuvi device, failed to load points of interest. Customer service told me to use a differenet code, the code was accepted. After twenty minutes of download, it still would not work, support told me to reset my device and wipe all of the saved data, not a great idea, but I was desperate prior to a trip. THIS STILL DID NOT WORK. Wow - this is one of the worst installs on a garmin update I have ever seen. Support was helpful, but unfortunately the install software is horrible, Spotitout has got to improve their delivery and compatability, or get some help from Garmin.Waste of time. Returning this today.

When we received this item, it did not work. Since we were getting ready to leave on a trip, time was of the essence. Called the company and they said we needed a "code". We don't know why they did not supply the "real" code with the item! At this point we were annoyed and wanted to send the item back. But we got the code and it's really cute....something to add to a boring trip if you have young ones in the car.

I never thought I'd come across a product that could turn driving with my kids into a fun adventure. I'm so used to complaining, yelling, and fighting, but with this Spongebob product - every trip becomes a pleasure! My kids are so into Spongebob right now, and making our Garmin an entertainment device was just what the wife and I needed to make our daily driving time less hectic.I noticed people commenting that they had trouble downloading this, but I had no troubles at all - it worked like a charm!

I followed the instructions to downlod on my new Garmin nuvi1450, It has installed SpongeBob voice but did not install the family guide, when I go under "Extras" it shows nothing. I could locate only online support and it took three attempts (two of them the chat sessions abruptly closed) and the support is also not that great. In the end, I was asked to return the Garmin get another one and try to download again. Even if I do that I do not have much confidence it will work. I am giving up.

I bought this item and this thing is great. He says something different every time you arrive. I had NO problems installing the item. I have only one complaint; Spongebob does now NOT read the street names. Other than that, it is great!
