It's a very good sealer for how inexpensive it is. It sealed the ends of the heat resistant wig fibers perfectly. One downside to this is the absolutely horrible "heat resistant" fabric strips it came with. Holes burned through after only a week. My old sealer didn't have to have the fabric replaced for a few years. I hope the manufacturer considers using better material.

Works GREAT! Simple and straight forward to use. My first one that I received LITERALLY sealed one bag, then stopped working. Must have been a dud. Amazon Prime took great care of us and made the exchange very simple and painless. Within 36 hours my new replacement arrived and we've been smooth sailing ever since! Great Customer Service!

I needed something to seal my soaps and bath bombs. This did the trick easy to use. There's a slight smell when the seal gets melted but I think it's the quality of my shrink wrap. This is perfect for small business and if you just want to seal your potato chips etc.

So far, this has worked well and is very easy to use. I AM curious to see how longs they last. We shall see. I've sealed about 300 bags so far.

I had a similar product for years. I sealed specialty cookies like Florentines and Biscotti in them to give as gifts, and made fancy labels on the package. I had to buy a new one because my old model "passed away" but I had to order a new one ASAP for Christmas gifts. This works great, is cast iron, I think, and is quite a value for the money. It comes with additional parts, too.

Excellent size for storing away and for ease of "pulling out for a quick seal." Does a great job on the plastic tubing for my products.

I just bought a whole bunch of items during this past Black Friday/Cyber Monday deal. I have yet to write a review until I opened this item... it is clearly used... it has scratches all over the place, the panel where egg indicated light is even slightly lifted on one of the sides. When I first saw a couple scratches ok, I’ll give it like 3 stars, but then I kept coming across them so I decided 1 Star, since that’s the lowest it goes. It does work at least and comes with the extra parts so that’s cool. But it was packaged well, so unless someone there really doesn’t care about product handling, this item is 100% used. Highly Disappointed in that.
