Pretty happy with this. You get what you pay for. The box arrived a little beat up, but everything was okay inside. Took about 20 min to get together. The listing says it can only go into concrete walls, but I installed this into the studs in my garage wall and it works fine. I’m 5’9 and 155lbs and it holds up well. I like that the grip rack could be installed facing up or down. Due to the height of my ceiling, I mounted it upside down. I also enjoy the different grips for working different muscles in my pull-ups and chin-ups. Stoked overall.

Mounted to cinder block wall using different hardware than the ones provided. At 200 lbs the bar has no give when I jump up. It has enough distance from the wall to not scrape knees. It is definitely at least a 2 person installation.

This bar is really strong and durable looking. Hand placement areas are a little slick. Installation was pretty straightforward. I recommend it.

Great pull up bar! The whole family uses it! The girls (who have a harder time with the basic pull-ups), use fitness bands to give them boosts, and to perform several different kinds of exercises!
