When we ordered this we had arrived at our caravan to find a jungle in the awning, sadly the battery would not charge but the company were fantastic and sent us a new one that works brilliantly, very efficient service thank you

I bought this thinking I could use this and be happy that it would do everything I needed.... I used it for about 10minutes then the bottom came off, the cutter blade came out and I cant put the bottom back on to use it as it seems like the blade cutting template is too big to close it back on?? How on earth they fitted it on is beyond me.

We use our gracious garden as a small hedge trimming tool, and it works ok that way. As a telescopic tool, it’s poor in fact it’s useless. There’s far to much vibration caused when using the telescopic bar. To the point that the blades vibrate loose and did miss-shape. Ours developed a fault;The provider did offer to accept a return for inspection, but time was against me for getting it back by the stipulated time/date.

Bought for my mother in law who cannot lift anything too heavy for any great length of time and she has said it works great.
