This is a wonderful product to ease the tension in the neck. It freezes quickly and lasts a long time when used. It fits perfectly on the neck and is also great in cooling you down when overheated.

If you have a straight or a reverse curve neck, this is for you! Anytime I start to feel pain at the base of my skull I use this and it usually takes away the pain without meds. The trick is to use it before the pain gets to severe. I keep it in a plastic container (shoe box size) with a dryer sheet in the freezer 24/7 to keep it ready, smelling fresh, and away from frozen foods.

I bought this to use on my left shoulder which had been giving me trouble for the last couple of months. I was seeing a physical therapist and sometimes by the time I got home, my shoulder was definitely aching. I went on Amazon and the fact that this wrap was designed for either cold or hot seemed like a good idea. To start things off I put it in the freezer. That night - about 1am, the pain in my left shoulder awakened me and I thought it would be perfect to test out this wrap. Since it was solidly frozen, it was difficult to wrap around my shoulder. Eventually I got it where I wanted. It was great at putting the cold right where I needed it. However the two black small straps at each end did not work well for what I was trying to do. At the end of each black strap there is a velcro patch about 1.5 inches square. Great if you are using this around your neck. Not so good if you are trying to wrap it around a shoulder and underneath your armpit. Eventually I made it work for me. So as I said in the title - good but not great -- for what I was trying to do.

Unlike most people here, I can read and follow instructions. Do NOT microwave for longer than 20 seconds at a time unless if you want it to explode. Do NOT freeze it in Antarctic temperatures unless if you want it to be a brick.I have had ZERO issues with mine and I bought it last year.I have severe hemiplegic migraines with auras and a natural fusion of C1 & C2 with compressed nerves. This has been helping me so much. I'm planning on getting a second one to leave at my boyfriend's house.It's a little uncomfortable when wrapped around the neck, but wanna know what's worse? The 9-10/10 pain in my head and neck. So if it helps and you actually want relief, you'll suck it up for 15-20 mins.I wrap it around my neck, my head, and even my shoulder that likes to dislocate because of hEDS.Overall it's a 4.5/5 as long as you can FOLLOW instructions like a literate adult should.

I love that this ice pack is made for your neck but once it’s frozen it will not mold nicely around neck and shoulders. It comes with a strap to hold it in place but the strap is too short. It will only only strap around neck which is uncomfortable because it sits directly under your chin. Your chin keeps it on. However, I’m not a fan of it strapping there because I don’t like things that close around my neck. It’s just uncomfortable for me.

I had a discectomy (removed a disc in neck) a decade ago and I still have problems. Don’t do it you’ll regret it. Especially if they are putting hardware there to fuse. Anyway, I have bad spasms in my shoulders and especially my neck up to my head. This helps so much so I wish it never gets warm . Lol. It helps me fall asleep as well. This also helps with hot flashes! Ladies don’t freeze out the hubby. Lol. I use this and it helps even on my legs. Hope this helps

I have a bulging disc which causes a lot of muscle pain. I had this years ago and used a similar gel pack constantly for relief. I could not find one in local stores. This cools down fast in freezer. The cloth covering keepls it from giving frost bite to skin. I like the strap that holds it on.

I bought my first LotFancy Neck Wrap, a couple of years ago, and it works great on bad neck. It is well made and a good amount of gel that keeps it cold for a long time. I bought a 2nd one recently and it's still high quality, but there is substantially less gel in it. I would still recommend it though... just a little disappointed.
