Differin Facial Cleanser by the Makers of Differin Gel, Daily Refreshing Face Wash, Gentle Skin Care for Acne Prone Sensitive Skin, 6 Oz

My sensitive skin enjoys this cleanser. No bad scent. It washes off all my skin care off because when I use the Differin toner next, no makeup is on my cotton rounds. Great product. Will buy again.Update- oh my, other reviews are correct. I had stated it had no bad scent but after using it 2 more X, I recognized the smell. Yes, it’s Cetaphil. It’s a medicinal scent compared to my other brands. I’ve only used this 3x total because I use 2 other brands in different days. For having a small medicinal smell, it sure does cleanse your face well though. I will still use this considering the scent.

So, maybe it's just me because Im well-lifted from blowing some great CBD or my senses are failing me.I washed my face with this cleanser and it felt great the ingredients are clean, it did soothe my skin and smelled familiar. Overall, it's an well-rounded cleanser BUT.......it smells like "Cetaphil", looks like "Cetaphil" and feels just like "Cetaphil". Hold up wait, there's more!....... It even has the SAME ingredients as the "Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser"!!!!!!!Given that both products are manufactured from the same laboratory (Galderma). People are probably paying twice for the same product/ingredients and unaware of these shenanigan's. BUT.....atleast it's sold at half the price of "Cetaphil", for that......I have no complaints. I'll keep buying it! Lol!

I have adult acne/Hormonal acne for the past few years since I turned 40. Differin has been a confidence changer. I have tried almost everything out their prescribed and over the counter. Differin has been the only one to really help clear my skin. It is a lil drying but isn’t as bad as most acne treatments. I use a really good moisturizer to help with that. The only product from the differin line I didn’t really care for was their moisturizer. It felt greasy not thick but thin. It has sunscreen in it and it felt like a sunscreen(not my fav). Any how, if you’ve tried everything or are just starting to do research definitely try Differin. It’s affordable and it works.

My daughter started getting bad acne when she went to college she was a student athlete. We tried EVERYTHING she is allergic to benzoyl peroxide. We tried tea tree oil.,essential ouls all sorts of lotions and potions, acupuncture, masks, facials you name it…when I say we tried everything. It was affecting my daughters self confidence, she didn’t want to go out in public. A much younger coworker (newly college grad) said she suffered same thing in college and suggested differin gel, it use to be by prescription only but had recently became OTC. This stuff works. She couldn’t use the spot treatments to see immediate results bc they contain benzoyl peroxide. She used the face wash. It works from inside out so it does take time. It will get worse before better. Again it’s changing your skin from inside out. I PROMISE it will start working my daughter skin is clear now. Anyone struggling with acne please try this. I cannot say it enough STICK WITH IT, even when you see more pimples or your skin dries out DO NOT get discouraged because that means it working stick with it I PROMISE it works.

My Derm Doc recommended this for my super oily skin. It smells good, foams nicely, and cleans without stripping my skin dry. I have had good results.

Love this face wash. When you don’t need a scrub this is great. The smell is not so great but I don’t want smells on my face anyway. It’s not a thick soap it’s thin so you don’t need to use a lot. The bottle will last you long. I use it every other day. My face is super oily and it makes my face feel nice and clean.

Cleans my face very nicely. The smell is something I don't think I can recommend as a supposedly "unscented" product. I will finish using it, but will not buy again due to the scent, even though it doesn't appear to linger on the skin afterwards noticeably. The scent while washing is akin to a strong "elderly lady" perfume. I apologize if this adjective offends. It isn't meant to. I'm just not sure how else to describe it in words. Much too strong for me.

I am 29 years old and I have struggled with hormonal acne all my life. I'm not talking miniscule break outs either. There would be often times when my family would ask are you taking care of your face? And even though they were family it was a little hurtful because I knew I was doing everything I could and it still wasn't good enough and it messed with my self esteem. Well...3 days ago I decided to switch from my aveeno clear complexion face wash to the differin face wash and topical gel. The morning of day 4 I was able to feel confident enough to walk out of my house without make up. This stuff it amazing! Highly recommend.
