It comes with a tough carabiner so you can easily attach it to your bag. On the back of the case there is a place you can list you Name and contact details in case it gets lost.I use this for roller derby. I keep it Clipped to the outside of my roller derby bag (i love that the pink matches). There is enough air flow in the case that it keeps your mouth guard dry and lets it air out when you are done using it. My son kept this on the outside of his lacrosse bag and it popped open and we lost his mouthpiece. I'd like to see a more secure locking mechanism to prevent this in the future. Size was perfect for a mouthpiece.
