Device is useless. Cannot transfer music/files...
I really wanted to like this MP3 player, specifically to use for workouts in the gym. All of the features and its small size appeared to hit the mark. Sadly though, the device does not work as designed and is unusable.Cannot transfer files to the device. The MP3 player is not picked up by computer. I do not mean it is not recognized, it simply does not appear anywhere on the PC to allow of copying/transfer of music/files.What good is an MP3 player if you cannot place music or files to it?I tried all USB ports on three separate PC's. One running Windows 7 and the other two Windows 10. None worked. I confirmed that the USB ports were good. In fact the unit showed fully charged after attaching to PC's. Also other devices connect with no issue(s).I reformatted the drive, unplugged restarted unit/PC's several times. After troubleshooting, it simply does not work. The unit powers on, and looks nice, and bluetooth headphones also connect, but what good is it if its intended functionality doesn't work? Not sure if any others have experienced this, but for the most part the previous reviews were good.I will be returning ASAP so I can purchase a different unit.

Not recommenced
I got this MP3 player to replace my Ipod Nano 7th Gen, which Apple unfortunately no longer makes. I use this when exercising, so using a phone as a music device would be less than ideal. This is a little over one inch square, and somewhat thicker than an iPod. I originally gave this 4 stars, because it worked, but was not as good as an IPod. But within two weeks, it stopped working properly. The software corrupts music files; you click on a title for one album, and it plays another album, or nothing. Song titles are replaced with gibberish. Look for something else.

Love as t first sight
What I like:- lanyard/loop holder- touchscreen- user interface- size- build quality- awesome earphones that comes with the boxSome of my criticisms:- no sd card expansion- clip case can't be used the other way around- loop holder on top, but the audio Jack at the bottom- bluetooth doesnt connect with cars(so far during this review)I would use this one as my dedicated workout mp3 player. For everything else, I'm planning to buy the Benjie K3 again(too bad that my old one was always accidentally get turned on in my wallet till its battery died)Furthermore:You might wanna know that it is thicker than the actual picture, and I'm glad that it is. It feels that it has a good chunk for the battery and it's awesome. You might also wanna but a all-plastic loop/lanyard for it cus the one that comes in the box have a metal attached to it

Not bad sound, but very breakable.
I bought this as a birthday gift for my 8yr old daughter. The sound is great and it stores a good amount of music. Some of the song names come up as gibberish and I wish the screen showed album covers like most mp3 players. You constantly have to re-sync the bluetooth. I also don't like that the back button on the screen is so small. The touch screen is not very sensitive. My daughter had it less than a week and dropped it once and now the screen is cracked. I wish it was a little more durable or at least came with a screen protector or even suggestions for one you can buy. I couldn't find a screen protector that would work. Even though it is just cracked in the corner, it is not working. It turns on, but I can't click anything. Originally, I would have given this maybe 4 stars, but now my daughter is heartbroken.

Stopped working and Received item scratched,
Update-product worked for a couple of months and then was no longer recognized by my computer, so I couldn't upload anymore podcasts. Buyer bewareI am traveling and don't have time to exchange this product, but I am very disappointed to have received this item with scratches near the volume buttons. Otherwise, it seems to be working fine so I will keep it for my 20hr trip in a couple of days. It connected with my computer and downloaded the podcasts and music I plan to listen to. I haven't quite figured out the resume feature, but only listened and stopped it a couple of times. It does seem to have a variable speed menu which is nice. The only question I have is that there seem to be folders, such as music and audible, but when I selected items to put onto the device it didn't allow me to select folders, I could only drop it into the device. But the items I put in did come up in the folders menu for listening, and in order (for podcasts, didn't really listen to music yet), so that's a good start. Just being able to figure out the system is a big plus, unlike other off-brand mp3 devices I've had to return.

I love this little thing!
I'm old enough to remember when tech like this was expensive, unreliable, had bad sound quality or some combination of the three. That is definitely NOT the case with this MP3 player. At this price point, there are a lot of options on Amazon. So for something to get a five-star review from me, it has to stand out in some way -- "good enough" isn't good enough. The real stars here are the sound quality, which I would put on par with much more expensive units, and the touch screen, which is bright and still small enough not to be cumbersome. As an added bonus, the unit came beautifully packaged -- if you buy one as a gift, it'll make a nice impression.

Beautiful screen. Easy menu.
I got one of these for my daughter so naturally I now gotta give one to my son. My kids love music. They love recording themselves talk so this little gadget is perfect! They are 5 & 8 but would be great for adults too! This basically replaces our iPods. They hold more music, can record your voice and play FM radio. Simple to use. Easy to carry. This one came with a little case and lanyard as well for easy wear hiking or at gym.I’ve attached pics of my computer screen when I transferred music from my iTunes onto this. It’s very easy. Note: I’m running Windows 10 and the left side of my screen is where the icon fit this Bengjie shows up. I then click on My Music and drag n drop each song and or artist onto the Bengjie icon. If you want every sound just select all drag and drop. Battery life lasts all day and earbuds fit my kids but too small for me.
