SlideBelts Classic Belt with Premium Buckle

This belt comes in a gorgeous box, making it a gift you are proud to give. It come with a template and full instruction on how to cut it to size, which was very easy for my man to do. It is great that there are no holes and it is like a ratchet. It looks really good on. Even though it comes with a hefty price tag, it is so worth the money. It is good quality and just works so nicely, fitting as snugly as you want. No holes to be confined to, you can make it perfectly comfortable. Will buy another when needed.

An elegant design, with a classy look to the well-made buckle, and an easy to follow clear set of instructions on trimming the belt to size. It's not cheap but worn with formalwear it allows exactly the right size even if your waistline "changes" a little over time and still looks smart - which is exactly the reason I bought it! I had looked in every local shop and only found belts with holes several inches apart for adjustment. These ratchet belts are just the ticket for almost continuous adjustability, as well as being made with a clean and sophisticated look. Excellent all round.

I like it and use it all the time, but I have to criticise the price. You're basically buying a buckle. It's clever and you'll get a perfect fit, but I feel like they should lower the price or maybe give an extra leather strap. You have to cut the leather strap to your size too, so be careful about making a mistake. I think you can buy spares but I've not looked at their pricing for that. I bought this while before writing this, so I can verify that it has a longevity. I think the leather is slowly being frayed from the way the buckle locks, so keep in mind you may need to buy another leather strap eventually.

A really excellent belt. Nice solid leather strap and well made, igenious, ratchet buckle. Very good price - very ordinary conventional belts from M & S for same money. Looks very stylish when worn - would go with quite formal wear even. Bought a black one - will be ordering a brown one soon - with a different buckle, to mix and match. PS: You'll need a hefty pair of scissors to cut the strap to your length !

I'm a recent convert to ratchet belts, and I have no intention of going back to a belt with holes. The tricky thing is finding vegetarian ones that look good in a formal workplace. These SlideBelts meet that need perfectly. It looks good, and seems well made. I would certainly buy again, and would buy more if there was a greater variety of buckle and colour available.

Product is nowhere near worth the price you pay. While it is pretty good quality, it should be priced £13-£20 in my opinion along with all the other belts like this available on Amazon. Mine was also clearly used as it was scratched and scuffed which is also a real shame

This looks every bit as good in person as it does in the pictures and the mechanism is fantastic, giving a great fit. The instructions are simple and the packaging great. It would be five stars but within a month or so the finish on the buckle started chipping - not what I expected for such a pricey belt. Very disappointing.

This belt is perfect,very well made with top quality buckle and leather.Very easey to asemble, just as easey to use.Trousers do hang well from belt and if you wish you can make the smallest of adjustment with no need to be concerned where the next whole is.Although more expensive than the traditional belt fastening once you have worn one the extra money is well worth it,so the belt still remains a bargain.

this was the 2nd slide belt i have ordered. Like the 1st so much it was time for another color. these belts fit better than others. they are as nice as belts i have had that were more money.

I bought this belt for my wife, I have worn one myself for over a year. It is handsdown the best belt/buckle system that I have ever had. It is so convenient to use. It will not slip like other belts and there are no holes to hit that are either too tight or too loose. For me it is a truly great product, worth every penny.

I bought this belt because I currently have a bunch of belts with holes and the holes are never quite in the right place. So the belt ends up too tight or too loose and there's nothing in between. The belt came in a beautiful box (which I threw away, because who needs a box for a belt). It comes in two pieces, the belt and the buckle. So some assembly is required. But the assembly basically entails sticking the back end of the belt into the buckle and then pushing down on a sort've clamp with spikes that dig into the belt and hold it securely in place. This is a good system and works well, but be aware that it does require some physical strength to push the clamp shut. This belt was much too long for me, and so I decided I needed to cut it. I was dreading this, figuring that it would be very difficult, but it turned out to be VERY easy. I got myself a good pair of shears and I was able to snip the back end of the belt with ease. As for wearing it, the belt is stylish and comfortable and you can pretty much adjust it to the perfect tightness, as advertised. Removing it is a simple matter of pulling on the buckle and sliding out the belt. Very simple and easy. My one VERY small complaint about this belt is the noise. When you put this belt on and you make it tighter there's a loud ratcheting/clicking noise. This is not a problem if I am home alone and getting dressed in the morning, but if I have to buckle it in a locker room or a public men's room with tiled walls and loud echoes it can be a little bit disconcerting.
