From the Manufacturer Timed to coincide with the release of Mass Effect 3 Series 2 action figures (and the Mass Effect 3 video game), Big Fish Toys is making the first series of figures available once again. Now you can complete your team, just like Commander Shepard does in the game, gathering allies and companions in his quest to protect the galaxy from the onrushing threat of robotic conquest. Choose from: Tali (6.65"), Thane (6.75"), Grunt (6.8"), or Commander Shepard (6.75"). Each figure features multiple points of articulation and game-accurate accessories/weapons.

Awesome figure!
This is a re-release of the DC Direct Tali'Zorah figure, so if you bought the first one and have no desire to own two don't buy this. However, if you missed it this figure is a must have for fans of both Tali and the Mass Effect series. The figure is beautifully sculpted with screen accurate detail and does not have the clunky articulation that some DC Direct figures have (ie. Rorshach and Silk Spectre from the Watchmen series). The figure has 14 points of articulation (a good amount for a 6' figure) with a ball joint for the head and shoulders, simple cut joints for the wrist and waist, interlocking pin joints for the knees and elbows, a sort of limited ball joint for the shins and a final "T" joint for the hips. My only gripe is the lack of ankle articulation.*Warning* Some of the joints are quite stiff when first moved. Be careful and don't force it.The paint could've been a bit better, however. Although the majority of the figure has excellent detail Tali's hood is painted just a plain purple color with silver trim instead of with the pattern seen in the games. However this is such a small detail it does not really detract from how awesome this figure is.She also comes with two accessories. A scaled replica of the M-27 Scimitar shotgun available in Mass Effect 2 (initially I thought it was slightly oversized, but the gun really is that big in the game) which can fit in her hand, however not very well. The gun is made of sturdy plastic and painted to detail. The second accessory is a replica of an activated Omni-tool, which is made of a flexible orange plastic and is permanently attached to her arm (you can remove it without hurting the figure, but the accessory will be ruined). She also comes with a display stand (which is always nice).Over all, I love this figure. Tali'Zorah is one of my favorite characters from the franchise and I was happy to add her to my collection, and impressed by the job done on the figure.Don't miss out.

Bit expensive, but it's Tali.
$20 seems a might high, but considering how spot on this figure is I still deem it money well spent. Tali looks almost exactly like the game, and so far I haven't been able to find any smudges or scrapes on the pain job. She's able to hold her shotgun just fine and stands up with or without the stand (though the stand is preferable).Since the other reviews haven't mentioned this, the omni-tool is removable, or at least it seems to be on my version. It's two pieces of plastic snapped together over her arm and, with a bit of prying, I found they come apart quite cleanly and can be snapped back together again with a little pressure. Good thing too because I think she looks better without the omni-tool breaking up her black and purple colour scheme.Only tidbit I'd wish they'd included (and I fully accept this may not be possible) is to make the mask transparent so you could see her eyes and nose like in the game. Other than that, a very nice rendition of the Quarian cutie.

Great for the price
This is a great figure to have if you played Mass Effect. Tali is a favorite for a lot of people, myself included, and this is a nice little statue to have on your desk. The one problem is that in-game Tali's clothes have little swirls all over and the figure is just plain purple, but that's a minor complaint. Also, the photo above is not the final product. The real helmet is considerably darker and more accurate.

Tali'Zorah Vas My Desk
Tali is my favorite NPC from the Mass Effect games, so I was really pleased when they made a figurine of her. It proudly sits on my desk (hence the title of my review). There are a few minor issues I have with it, the biggest being that getting her to hold the gun is a real pain. Also, the articulation is really "sticky" in all the wrong places, so getting her to take a standing position that doesn't look awkward is a challenge. However, this is all easily ignored. Tali is well-painted and has every detail, right down to the boot knife. Mass Effect fans will not regret this purchase.

Mr. Rifkin
Tali looks good, she cant move much either but can stand straight and is a little more flexible. Although the Designers had a little to much fun when making her, i think anyone who was on this project had fun. she can hold here shotgun good and can maintain without falling over, Stand is preferred but its good even without it. Love the Action Figure. Absolutely Sexy

Good figure
Pretty realistic depiction of Tali. The visor was a little too "pink" (instead of a proper "Tali purple") in my opinion - but not a huge deal. Also, the shotgun is a little hard to get into her hand, but you can get it with a little time and effort.Overall, a great figure and instantly awesome because it's Tali! A great gift for Mass Effect Fans everywhere.

Everyone's favourite Quarian.
This is a fun and very detailed action figure. The omni-tool is a bit... well, it's a chunk of plastic, but seeing as we don't really have the technology to have actual omni-holograms in our action figures (yet) I guess that's OK.
