Made shuffle and it turned beautiful! Love this product!

Well made, porcelain souffle dish; fairly priced. Bakes perfectly, and easy to clean.

I break these often enough that I thought I’d try a cheaper, off-brand.It works just as well. It’s a slightly different shape but otherwise looks and functions the same.

If you’re planning on making a soufflé , this is a perfect pan! Probably there are other uses as well.

Good stuff, seems commercial quality, at near commercial price for one at a time purchase. The only way you will get these at a better price is to buy them in lots (12) at a restaurant supply house. ($69 a lot)

This item seemed to be quite well made and sturdy upon arrival. However it had a bare spot on the glaze inside about half way from the bottom to the top. This was quite obvious and about the 1/10th inch across. I would never use this for food due to the almost certain contamination from the bare, uncoated ceramic. I emailed the manufacturer about my concerns and 4 days later have not received a reply. This is being returned and another brand of the same style purchased to replace it. I also am saving about $4 by switching away from the HIC brand. Too bad they are too busy to address their defective products.Edited to Add: HIC did reply to my original email and automatically shipped me a replacement, which arrived today, 7-6-18. It is well glazed and does not have any flaws like my original purchase. I have revised my original 1 star rating to 4 instead of 5 due to the quality control and slow email contact.

I was impressed when I unboxed this and saw how elegant, yet sturdy, it was.I’d originally thought I might use it to make yogurt in the slow cooker, but instead, I have been using it for various other purposes, such as serving the cranberry sauce at Thanksgiving.It’s just a good all-purpose dish that looks nice on the table or countertop. Of course it’s a soufflé dish, but I don’t make those. Think casseroles, cakes, vegetable or potato recipes such as scalloped potatoes, perhaps as a small fruit bowl on the counter. If you buy it, you’ll use it.
