Will this turn off automatically when the batteries are full to prevent overcharging? (Energizer Universal Charger)

Well it depends on what charger you have. This item is just the batteries. But as far as I know, and this is what mine does, most of them will stop to prevent over charging. But you would have to look at the charger when you buy it.

Can these be mixed with Energizer 1300 mAh AA batteries?

If you have a battery identification charger that will work for the batteries you with to charge. Mixing types will not matter

What is the Voltage of this Battery?

regular volt. put this way I have 8 aaa and 8 aa. They still work work after 8 years. I use them in everything I use but stuff I use once every blue moon. Since it is a nad thing to leave batteries in stuff like that for sure. So besides my recharges. I have dollar tree sunbeam batteries. They work great and 8 for a buck. I only use the energizer recharges. I hope this more than answers your question
