Can they put it in the wand mouth?

Well it’s from China so no guarantee on it being non-toxic. And the mechanism is I am sure not moisture resistant so depending on how much saliva there is it might affect it. But if they’re only putting their mouth on the globe part I can’t see there being any problem with that.

How do i charge this? Or how do i change batteries?

At the bottom you can change batteries.They are regular batteries no charging.Its a simple light up toy but its looks awesom my grandson loves it.
