CAP Barbell Standard 1-Inch Cast Iron Weight Plate, Single

I purchased the lightest plates available (1.25 lb.) to add to my existing CAP set. I needed to increase my dumbbell weight. But as a female, I wasn't ready to increase it by 5 lbs a one time. So I found these and I'm happy with them. They don't look as nice as the chrome CAP plates but they were so inexpensive, I couldn't pass them up! Happy with purchase!

I have no need for fancy weight plates. I work out alone in my garage and have no one watching to impress. These cheap plates are all that I want and they do the job. End of story.

Very nice quality weight and cheap. For those worried about the "this product contains 1 or more chemicals known to cause cancer and birth defects" notice.... Don't lick the weights, wash your hands after handling them and you will be fine.

Got two 50lb plates, each one weighs 49.8lbs on accurate digital scale. The holes are 1.25" wide and not perfectly round. The flat black paint rubs off on hands. Nice soft tone when banged.

I needed additional weight for my "CAP Barbell 40-pound Adjustable Dumbbell Set with Case" and these fit in perfectly.

Arrived on time. Works as expected.I just need a few to fill out my weights.
