The absolutely best Keto Flour out there.
This Keto flour is the best out there. It made the best pastry crusts, the best coating to 'flour' fried foods and the best texture to make anything out there. I can't find anything that compares to it. When coating things to fry it comes out with the exact same texture as regular flour, it doesn't fall of the the food being fried and doesn't burn like almond or coconut flours. The Carbulouse flours don't come close to doing as well as this brand. I miss it greatly and wish the company would bring this back.

Pretty darn good
I made snickerdoodles with this flour and just substituted the flour for this and the sugar with swerve sugar. Not going to lie, it's pretty dang close to a regular snickerdoodle. I generally try to avoid wheat products on keto (and the net carb thing stresses me out even though I totally get the concept. I try to just add up carbs and not net carbs) but this does the trick in a pinch. And if a good tasting, lower carb treat helps me live the lifestyle I want to live then I'm here for it.

Bakes like flour - at a price!
I've lost a lot of weight on a keto diet and want to keep it that way. But I also love baked goods, especially muffins and breads. So I tried this flour as a replacement for regular flour in a zucchini bread recipe ... and it was delicious! I used the same amount of flour as the original recipe. Only difference was the texture was a bit denser. Otherwise, it tasted delicious — I would never have known otherwise. I've bought this keto flour a couple times now, and am ready to try it in some other recipes. The only problem, of course, is the price. But it seems all keto diet items are rather pricey. So ... pick your poison!

Please bring back this flour!
This has been the closest substitute to white flour I have used. I truly hope the company will produce this again. It was the best keto-flour out there!!

great taste not enough flour
I like how it turned out in this tart crust recipe I used it in. However you don't get enough for how much you're paying for it. I barely had enough flour for 2 1/2 cups and extra to flour my surface for rolling the dough. It would be better if you could get 6 cups worth of flour per bag instead of like 3 total, that way I wouldn't have to keep buying a bag every time I wanted to bake something that needs more than 1 cup of flour and it would be more worth the price.

Finally! An Almond Free and Coconut free Keto flour!
LOVE this Keto flour. Yes, the carb count is high, which at first glance gives the impression it is not Keto approved. However, there is a ton of fiber dumped in which significantly lowers the total (net) carb count. I searched high and low for an almond free (i have nut allergies) and a coconut free (coconut has too strong of a flavor) flour that I could use for baked goods. So far, this flour has met my baking expectations. The only Con is that this flour is very expensive per bag.

Best taste so far that I have found
I have been using the keto diet for 4 months now with good results, in my rural area it is difficult to find good keto options. I looked on amazon and gave this a try to find it is my go to option

Good alternative for those on a keto diet
I love bread and baked goods, and that makes staying keto a challenge. I bought this flour to help the process along. My girlfriend used it to make Lebanese meat and spinach pies, which are small hors d'ouevres of baked dough enveloped spiced ground beef or cooked spinach. The baked light and firm, just like regular flour. There was no discernible difference in taste from those made with regular flour. I am anxious to try more recipes. So far, so good.
