Easy, fast, and tastes great.
Making this is so easy and it tastes great. I'm a diabetic and need protein. This is a wonderful solution for that need. Each component is in its own wrapping that are easy to open. Get an egg in the cup first, mix it up or not your choice, throw the ingredients in, total microwave time is just over a minute, the flavor is great.

Excellent BFast option
Love this flavor of this product. The last one I used I had to remove the onions, they were just too...icky. This one is a very basic and flavorful option. The ingredients were fresh, good quality and sufficient in quantity. I've even made it with 2 eggs and enjoyed it. OK grumpy cooks. I know I can make this on my own, I know it's lazy. To heck with you naysayers. This beats cold cereal, it's even easy to make at work with all the pandemic challenges of working in an office. Plus it's easy to clean up. By the time my Kcup is done, this is done and I'm dialed into that meeting that always gets scheduled WAY TOO EARLY. Just sayin'

what you would expect
I usually add an extra egg to make it a little more substantial but it provides enough of the goodies so you know the are there. Pretty lazy way of doing things but when in a hurry and dont want to clean a pan and a bowl, then a plate, it is hard to beat.

Shhhhh, these are great!
I’ve been using these for well over a year and I’ve been through all the different “flavors.” I like them all! It makes omelet preparation easy and fast. I just hope that they don’t get too popular, as Amazon seems to run out or limit them…

Expensive but tasty and healthy breakfast
These are a great way to cook eggs in the microwave with no cleanup to do afterwards. You can use 1 or 2 eggs and have a healthy, natural, protein-filled start to the day. They are overpriced … and not nearly as delicious as if you had cooked the eggs yourself in a pan … but still a great invention.

$3.00 for 2.5 oz of meat/cheese
I'd give this 4 or 5 stars if it were half the price, but let's do the math folks. This is a plastic cup containing nothing more than 2.5 oz of chopped meat. That's a bit over $18/lb for basic sausage, ham and cheese. I hope the employee that came up with this got a big raise.
