Is this cord storage bag water resistant?

It says: WATERPROOF & PROTECTED - This cable case is made of waterproof and shockproof nylon material. Strong and durable material with padded foam around to protect all the things inside against scratches, dust, impacts and accidental dropping I personally have not tried to put it in water to see if it truly is or not.

Will the DJI 4 gimble fit inside this case?

It is long enough but the bag is separated into 2 compartments. I believe the Gimble is 2.73 inches deep and the largest side of the case is 2.5 inches deep but the separator is flexible so it would be tight but should work.

Will this tech organzier fit a keyboard？

Maybe a keyboard for an IPad 10”
