My foot measures 9" and i wear a size 8. yet, according to size chart i shoul buy a women's size 4. what's the deal?

I assume the length of the shoe goes beyond your toes and heel. Mine do. I wear a womens size 8 normally and bought a size 8 and it fits well. Hope that helps.

My last 2 pairs were $59, now they are $149??? what’s changed? they are comfortable, but not $150 comfortable.

Mine came in a bag too, no box. Be careful if you wear them. The front toe portion bends creating a huge tripping hazard.
