Delicious. It was packed very well.

I’m Filipino so of course I desperately needed this treat. This was the 2nd time I’ve ordered from amazon however, my second experience eating the treat wasn’t as good as the last. The Polvoron tasted a little stale and the sketchy part was that there was no expiration date... My first experience eating them was perfect. I’m going to order a third time to give the benefit of the doubt because I really enjoy them and I don’t have a Filipino store nearby that had a more decent price.

Oh my God, these are dangerously delicious

Delicious Filipino style shortbread cookies. Nice sweet treat, yet creamy!

I hate to say it but these were terrible. A friend had brought me back a box of these same cookies from a trip to the Philippines and they were so great, I wanted to get more. Unfortunately the bag of of these that I bought were awful. They were so stale, they were inedible. I think I even saw mold on one of them through the packaging after eating one. They in no way tasted the same as the ones my friend brought me, even though they were the same exact product. I don't know how long these were sitting in the warehouse, but sellers should not be allowed to sell products like this. Especially at the inflated price they charge for these, one would expect them to at the very least, not be stale. I'm just glad I didn't get sick from them, but I didn't feel great after eating one. Awful

I liked the flavor. I didn't like the hard denseness of each wrapped cookie. They looked like they had been sat on before shipping and I know the crumb texture of these cookies will compress even more if weighted down. These were very firm, not very crumbly, with a texture more like a traditional butter shortbread from Europe. Would I buy them again? No. Traditional shortbread tasted better. My friend made these for me and they were out of this world with a texture that just stayed together until eaten. That's how a traditional Polvoron cookie should be.

Melt in your mouth shortbread, they go well with my afternoon tea!
