Good product. Good, healthy water.
A good product. You can choose the alkalinity and acidity level. I could never drink tap water even if I live in scottish highlands where they say the water supply is healthy. We saved a lot of money and effort since we bought it. The water tastes good. And I really feel better. I am very happy that I bought it. I have seen a negative feedback and I must say it's probably payd.

Earthing?
The product is easy enough to use, although I have found that when the water is running, if you touch the nozzle you will get a shock, with quite a zap… has anyone else found to have this?

Very Good Device - Very Convenient
Very Good Device - Very Convenient. Only downside is the utterly redundant music which plays whilst in operation. Otherwise, a very cost effective soloution requiring no plumbing changes, to afford the benefits of filtered, ionised water, at whatever ph level one requires. The touch sensitive panel and large animated LCD display are very nice touches, and indicative of care taken with the design.

Not worth the money
Look into what this claims to do and the claimed benefits. The PH doesn’t match what it claims to do. Honestly it’s not worth the money. (Purchased 2nd hand! Can now understand why it was given away for £20!)

Genuine machine
Just like to say this product it’s true and not fake ,got my orp reader today coming in at -370 and ph levels from 7 and 10 ,so for the price I think it’s worth getting

its not 100% accurate
tested the ph, the highest level is like 8.5 but on the machine is says 10+

Overall, average performance.
We bought this product a month ago( it is pricey but cheaper compared to branded) but we've just used it yesterday as we cannot connect it in our previous tap. It is early to say that there's a difference between drinking on a regular filter and using this machine however the acid water that comes out from the machine, I have washed It in my wound and it dries up. Amazing!
