easy to replace works fantastic
was an exact replacement for my vacuum, easy to replace and works like new again. the hose is slightly longer than original which is a plus and the suction lever control is one finger operation and really easy to use

Back to full suction!
I have had my shark for probably 8 years. For the last 6 months the original hose was hanging on by a thin prayer where it connects to the handle. It was literally almost torn all the way through. I made it work the best I could, but the suction was obviously not the same. I could tell when pushing it that the suction would come and go and even at its best it wasn't as good as before. Nothing else is wrong with the vacuum itself so I didn't want to run out and buy a new one. My hubs told me to look up replacement hose. A quick Google search brought up options, including an original replacement by shark for more than this hose cost. I read reviews on all options & this one was a 🏆 winner. I was excited about receiving it 😆 adult life. It snapped right into place, actually looks better then the original and feels like AMAZING quality. The hose is longer than the original but has a clip to attach to the 'pole' of the vaccum for security. One of my pet peeves for the original hose was it was a little too short when detaching the handle to use. The whole vacuum would fall over from the pull on the hose if I didn't have my foot on the head of the unit. The new house has what I call a collar (idk what it actually is called) right where my original hose tore. I think & hope it helps to eliminate this problem in the future. The handle is shaped different and has a small divet for your timb to rest on top. Feels nice when pushing. I'm just excited to have the FULL SUCTION like my shark is brand new again. Back to pushing with two arms and my back into it 😜

Works on my Shark NV355 AND as a bonus, has a longer hose...Alleluia!!
This review is based on the product as I received. Very pleased to find a replacement hose at a good price, and not only does it work, it has a longer hose which has always been a major issue with this Shark model. Trying to use the hand tools resulted in the vac frequently falling over and damaging my wood floors, walls, and furniture.I have a white vacuum and the replacement is gray, but who cares! See pictures...1st compares my original hose to the replacement;2nd shows my vac with the old part; 3rd is my vac with the new part. While the hose length difference is not huge, the hose itself is more flexible in how it stretches, so the resultant usable length is much better. I hope that the spring and pliability of the hose material don't wear out sooner because of this, so time will time. Right now I'm happy.

Better than the original part!
I am so thrilled with this replacement. I went to the Shark website and it wasn't even available. I snapped this into place so easily and I have no mechanical ability. It is made better and reinforced where the original Shark hose broke and it is a bit taller and easier to use. LOVE IT so much... it is the little things. I have the blue NV360.

Terrible product and company.
The handle broke 2 times on me first time they replaced it now I have contacted company at least 10 times and no response, Amazon reached out 2 times and nothing. Bad product and bad company!

Great Replacement
Fixed my vacuum right up. Back to wonderfully clean floors and fully functional appliance one more.

First of four tries that "clicked" into place on my NV352.
I've ordered and sent back to Amazon 3 other Shark Upgraded replacement hoses, all for the same reason. None of them clicked into place on my Shark so the hose would simply pull off when I pulled the vac toward me.This one needed a little extra oomph to click into place, but it does hold. I like the suction adjustment on this one better than that on the original hose--easier to adjust. This hose is a little longer than the original and the make includes a clamp to hook the middle of the hose to the vac down tube.I may come back to add stars in my review. I'll see how it holds up over time. The Shark is an excellent vac and I don't see why Shark, Inc. doesn't make a hose that doesn't tear open on the creases. It shouldn't be that difficult. Nor should it be difficult to find a replacement that fits and properly clicks into place. I ordered another original hose directly from Shark, it was more expensive and by the time they added on high shipping costs, it was up to about $50. I said, "No, thanks." I kept trying to get the right one for my 352 from Amazon. I'll let you know if it keeps working.

Works well, better handle
I like that it has a hose clip. Also, handle is easier and more comfortable to use than original factory design. Worth the money, a superior replacement

New design works great!
Great replacement for an older hose that was split both top and bottom. The hose is a bit longer than the original and comes with a clip to attach it to the body so it does not flop about.
