Enjoyable and helpful
Naoki encourages you to keep trying both as caregiver and autistic individual. He talks about being patient with slow progress and not limiting yourself or not limiting your charge. There is much more to this book but it is a message of encouragement and answers and stories that are wonderful to read.

A story of resilence from a young man with autism
The young man who wrote this and another book has lived with autism for about two decades. He is very articulate and describes his inner life in a way that is engaging, sometimes funny, heartbreaking and heartwarming. If you have in your family or your classroom someone who lives with these challenges it may give you a whole new perspective on life -- your own and your family-member's or your student's.

Great book! Very educational.
Everyone should read this book. It is very well written and explains so much about autism so people can have a better understanding of the strength and obstacles autistic people have to endure.

Brilliant
I bought this for my daughter as she has the first book written by this author and she has a non- verbal autistic son. He is adorable but what better way to learn about autism than from someone who lives it first hand. These books are amazing and I recommend everyone interested to read them.

Danke!

Fall Down Seven Times, Get Up Eight

Interesting book
This is well written, and explains very well how it feels to be an autistic child. This is an excellent book for parents of autistic children.
