Great silicone, before the price hike!
This silicone is great, durable, captures detail very well and easy to mix thanks to one side having a yellow pigment. However now that the price has gone up I will be looking elsewhere, as it is just too over priced for what you get. The bottles are a pain as you have a lot of wastage due to not being able to get everything out of them, which again with the price being what it is becomes a bigger issue. I've found an alternative over at Mouldlife and have just paid £36 plus postage for 2kg of a similar silicone.

no where near net 1000g as stated
needed 790g bought 1000g as there may have been wastage mixed it got just under 800g but after pouring lost 60g and fell short really annoyed should have had 210g left over not fall short of 60g hope i can salvage the situation when it has hardened. i mean i hope i can get the object i was trying to cast and reuse it as it was unique. we will see as for the product well so far 0 points for not being acurate to weights and measures, by the way i slit the tubes it came in to slices and scraped every reminant so i know the quantity was incorrect. If anyone wishes to use this product then may i sugest buying twice as much as you need as thats their maths but at this platinum price this will prove very expensive am very disapointed and believe in uk against law to state a weight but not provide it.

Doesn't work.
Bought this product twice and it failed to cure both times. I figured the first time was my fault as I usually eyeball my silicone mixtures by ratio and never have issues. The second time I got the scales out and did it right and it still failed to cure after a generous 40 hour setting time. Still goopy, sticky and oozing. Not sure if it's a faulty batch or what but it ruined my models and because its a consumable I can't even return it. That's almost 80£ down the pan on a lousy product.

this product does not set
I needed a medium hardness silicone rubber for my moulding process. I mixed the two components as recommended on the instruction label. However, even after 24 hours the mixture was still liquid. I am now left with the problem of how do I clean out my mould and dispose of this mess responsibly. Do not buy this product.

USELESS STUFF
I use casting rubbers all the time and this is the worst product ever, still wet after casting 24 hours later and is not a hard rubber. The price is a complete ripoff . don't waste your money on this product

Far too firm for purpose
This product seems way more firm than indicated. Has next to no give when taking items out of mould. Couldn't use this item as intended. I think this would be okay for a flat mould, but not for ministries or D&D dice.
